I think cometer in question 2 is asking about what are the NT manager tasks you will be doing yourself, and which ones you will be looking to get help with from other users.
Making a tactic and player selections each week is obviously an important part of being the NT manager, but as you would know from your previous NT experience there can be a lot more involved in the job.

My work would be to make tactic and search players.
We could make a intern forum to discuss about the tactics, if you want this.
And if someone wants to write the match-previews this could be an other possibility to involve an other person.
I could need help in the database too.

One of the tougher jobs for a new manager in a world cup season is putting together a schedule of opponents that both allow the team a good opportunity to increase in ranking, and be interesting matches for both the manager and the users.
How would you go about building a schedule for the Australian national team this season?

Yes, you are right, its important to find good oppunents.
I would try to get games against good ranked but not so strong teams.
If I would see, that I win the election, I would start to organize even before the end of the election.
Otherwise it means to work hard in the hours after the end of the elction ;)

So would you play in one of the unofficial mini-world-cup style competitions? Or try and get together a group of other NT managers of a similar ranking/level?
What is your plan to get games against the "good ranked buy not so strong teams"? What sort of teams that aren't in the World Cup would you be hoping to get games against?

As naph pointed out, I'm not interested in just the match side of the game, i.e putting us into a better wcq draw, qualifying for the world cup, playing different match types. Sure it's important but as I've stated elsewhere it's not what I'd consider the most important in deciding who I vote for.
There are other factors that add depth to this position and the question was aimed at getting your opinion on what other roles you intended to complete if you were elected. As an example one possible role could be keeping the database updated. I used that example as it's something pretty basic and I'd expect 9/10 people would use that in their answer to this question.
So in summary the question was more or less what other things do you intend to do outside of tactic setting to be successful in this position.

The database would be an aim. But: Tehre I would need help from an Australian User.

I have to see how big the interesse is in the NT.
