Agree with sx here, Wo-10 was the best man for the job this season, and if he didn't get the vote, pryku would have.

You may do whatever you wish if this is what you believe.

I say pryku would have got it because up until now you had shown no real activity in the forums, nor had your team done something significant to bring it upon those who are actives radar.

It is great that as an Aussie you are keen to take up this position one day, but you need to learn not to be so defensive or aggressive.


There are all of a dozen people who are active in Aus, and about 4-5 of them are intimately associated with the NT and have been for many many seasons. So chances are if those 4-5 people think that player x will be best for the job, that player will likely get 3-4 of those 4-5 votes.

And the way these players become so keen on the NT? They watched every game and posted their thoughts in a constructive way and as I said, have been doing this for many seasons.

I suggest you do the same, watch the games, say what worked and what didn't, how you would have improved the tactic given you wouldn't have known the oppositions tactic and learn to control your emotions. This may sound like a lot of work, but people did it because they enjoy it, and want the best for the team, not because they are trying to become NT. And there are those within "the group" who have not been NT managers and don't want to be whom still contribute

I did respond to all of those messages that reduce my abilities and skills as a coach.
Everyone was against my messages and the reason is the covering up of a mistake that you did in the last elections. The results of this fault are more than obvious.

There is as you said a team of 4-5 players which control (indirectly) the elections and I respect their motivations (I am sure that this is something based on good manners)

To conclude, can we apply our point of view or if it is against yours that means that we cannot control our emotions?
You probably judge replies of others emotionally .

Give up on them Aleks. I've tried what you are trying and have the same attitudes thrown at me.

Don't apply for NT manager even after you win Division 1, and never submit your players to the NT data base, or junior data base. I care nothing about the Australian National Team, or Australian under 21's anymore and I'll never support you's again.

You were the only Australian interested in the position. You show them love, they show you crap. How are we beginners meant to become experienced managers if we can't even get the support from our country men.

Don't worry about Cometer, or Akmed coz they are nothing. Try to manage a small country to gain experience, coz you would have better luck being elected in a country like Cameroon, rather then helping 33rd placed (number 1 in the universe) Australian team.

Only you Borkos (The Golden Child) have players good enough. Why don't you submit them to the Australian U21 team if your so good, and do Australia a favor.

Instead I have Pavoniana spamming my letterbox every 3 days looking for my players. That is spam by the way, and I want him to be banned from sending mail + forum ban for spamming.

If you feel that you weren't given support, and you subsequently weren't whether it be intentional or not, it is this kind of attitude that ha caused it.

Yes Alexander was the only Australian to apply, doesn't mean he was the best manager for the squad. By getting involved in the australian forums, by proving your worth with your team, and eventually becoming involved with the national team, this is how you prove your interest...not by randomly putting your hand up out of no where.

Look at the Australian Cricket Team, our coach isn't Australian.
Look at the coach of one of the more successful recent coach of the Australian Soccer team, he wasn't Aussie.

The best coach/manager whether it be real life, or a game, isn't always Aussie, and we are not so blind as to think they are.

I now read all these messages.

I send sk-mail to all owners of Australian players u21 with a minimum of a chance to play in the nation. Send one sk-mail every 2/3 weeks. At most, if there are important games or World Cup qualifying, I send 1 sk-mail a week. 1 WEEK MAXIMUM, not more. Also because it would not make sense send one every 3 days as you say. What would be the purpose, sorry???? Maybe you have not looked at your mail for a long time and you have received two emails sk near, but they were different weeks. That's for sure.

The work of sending sk-mail to the owners of the players is a long and tiring work. I do it because it is the only way to keep up to date the players and encourage coaches to train them (coaches often ask me advice on how to train their player). Of course I'd rather not waste time sending many Sokker mail, because it's not funny. Also lose 2/3 hours of my life to do it is not funny..... trust me I could do anything else. I do it because I want the best for the Australian national and his players grow well. Every two weeks contact nearly 100 coaches, but no one has ever complained, except you. Most of them (even no Australian managers) is pleased to receive my sk-mail, because almost everyone wants their players in Under21. The few who do not want to answer, ignore my sk-mail and stop. it's so annoying get up to a sk-mail per week, when at stake is the good of the Australian National? Nation of which you are a part and you would like to train in the future...

Reading your first message in this post, I understand that your answer and your resentment is due to something else. And other reasons / causes in which "Pavoniana" haven't role. :)
