I now read all these messages.

I send sk-mail to all owners of Australian players u21 with a minimum of a chance to play in the nation. Send one sk-mail every 2/3 weeks. At most, if there are important games or World Cup qualifying, I send 1 sk-mail a week. 1 WEEK MAXIMUM, not more. Also because it would not make sense send one every 3 days as you say. What would be the purpose, sorry???? Maybe you have not looked at your mail for a long time and you have received two emails sk near, but they were different weeks. That's for sure.

The work of sending sk-mail to the owners of the players is a long and tiring work. I do it because it is the only way to keep up to date the players and encourage coaches to train them (coaches often ask me advice on how to train their player). Of course I'd rather not waste time sending many Sokker mail, because it's not funny. Also lose 2/3 hours of my life to do it is not funny..... trust me I could do anything else. I do it because I want the best for the Australian national and his players grow well. Every two weeks contact nearly 100 coaches, but no one has ever complained, except you. Most of them (even no Australian managers) is pleased to receive my sk-mail, because almost everyone wants their players in Under21. The few who do not want to answer, ignore my sk-mail and stop. it's so annoying get up to a sk-mail per week, when at stake is the good of the Australian National? Nation of which you are a part and you would like to train in the future...

Reading your first message in this post, I understand that your answer and your resentment is due to something else. And other reasons / causes in which "Pavoniana" haven't role. :)

You are the only person to spam my letter box since I started playing in 2009.

Why didn't all the other coaches spam my letterbox before you did. Because the other coaches understand what spam, and forum rules means, and when I asked you to stop you told me to ignore your future mail.

Asking me to ignore your future mails shows me that you send mail indiscriminately, and it would be asking too much for you to take my name off you list. Do you even have a list of names of managers you contact, or do you just send everyone the same message. Copy, and Paste = Spam.

I only said if it were to come in the future other email in error, ignore this email and sorry for the inconvenience.

I'm not send more e-mail to you. Also Because your players are not ready to the Under 21. I just hope to get you Involved in the formation Under21. I was wrong.

In any case, I checked my email in exit and there aren't mail to you every 3 days. The mail nearest (only two) have a distance of one week.

Spam is spam and rules are rules. You should be banned from mail, and forum. The damage has already been done.

lol, im still wondering how he sends 100 messages every 2 weeks, when there are only 17 junior teams, and 56 managers.

Very interesting that you play football matches at 8PM on Thursday nights. That means that you finish at 10PM. I play on the weekends in the mornings.

After you explain to me how I don't understand National and Youth School, I want you to explain next why the Australian U21's are not in the top 10. If you were the good coach for the job you would improve our rank, and get the team within the top 10.

Now go play your favorite position "water boy", while you think of an answer how I am ranked 2nd in junior league, and still I know nothing about junior school.

If your tactics were as smart as your mouth we would be in 1st place.

I was simply flicking through the forum for this month, and I noticed this thread.

I gave Aleks my advice not to worry about Australian Coaching position, and I did not mention you at all, but you had to reply to the comment I made to Aleks. I replied to you and we managed to get your GK scout involved. I expect you to defend your GK Scout, but you didn't have to say anything, and your scout wouldn't have been mentioned.

Then SX wanted to have a shot at the title.

Read it all again, and you will see. You'll also see that I am not here to kiss anyone's feet, so treat me with respect, and I'll return the favor.

Australia will never be top 10 in U21 or full NT with current amount of users. Doesn't matter who coaches. It's a harsh reality but until div 2 has full active managers in all 4 leagues & some decent representation in div 3 leagues, this won't happen....we don't turn over enough players in order to have the required quality in terms of depth &/or training.
That's not to say the odd upset can't be achieved...but that goes both ways as well...especially with the current ME.

If that is the story then what are your ambitions as coach ? To stay ranked 44th for ever ?, An Australian can do that just fine, we don't need imports to stay rank 44 for ever.
