Evidently you do not know how work the national and youth school, Which is why you do not understand. Now I understand everything.
Now I have to go to play real soccer, and I can't explain. When I can write, I'll explain! :)
I didn't think you had an answer. What could you possibly say ?

Im not even going to waste my time on you Achmid.
As was stated earlier, pure comedy gold. Don't worry, I wouldn't "waste my time" on me either mate, no point in arguing something you don't have the facts or maturity to back up. All it take is someone to read this thread, and they will see you are the centre of the problem, and it appears it is through immaturity more than anything else.
Look forward to having an adult conversation in a couple of years

and why in the high heavens do you think you deserve respect? more than anything else from what you've wrote here you show that you are incapable of giving anyone else respect in the first place, so why expect it in return? get off your high horse mate, world doesn't revolve around you
You are the voice of wisdom in sokker.org. The whole world bows behind you so they can watch the sun rise.
Back up what you say or stay out of it.
Back up what you say or stay out of it.
I'm not here for respect. Don't respect me, and I won't respect you.
I can't make you see again, but here's a walking stick.
I can't make you see again, but here's a walking stick.
I see both of you are motivated by greed, and selfishness, where you will go to any lengths to see Australia win on a fantasy game, on my pixel screen. People with that kind of mentality would get on steroids just to win a race.
I am motivated by other things. I believe every Australian on this site who bears the Australian flag next to their username should all be given an opportunity to be the National Team Coach.
It is an Australian affair, where only Australian players are allowed to play for their nation, and it should be the same for coaches. But every election since 2009 an Australian manager has been robbed of the opportunity to represent their country because of clowns like you who vote for imports.
Managers like you have killed the motivation of about 80% of the Australian managers since 2009, and because of that demotivation I now see less junior schools, and after this season the under 21 team will loose half it squad, because 23 out of 40 players in the U21's are aged 21.
If the majority of managers think like me, then they wont support your National Teams, because they feel rejected, and like me they wont even use the forum. You should be happy I have the balls to tell you.
I'll explain what nurture means: training, upbringing.
I see we have an Italian coach, and we had a Scottish coach, a Polish coach and from other countries we also have had coaches for our National Team.
My question is how many Australian managers have we turned into good National Team Coaches that work abroad through programs that you have created. Does Australia have a program where we nurture managers into coaches that work in other countries. I haven't heard of one Australian manager who coaches teams in other countries. Italy has done it, Poland has done it, Scotland has done it. If we haven't done that then the shame is on you, not me because I'm trying...

I will never submit my players to any Australian NT database ever again. I will tell people I referred to the game to stop submitting players also, so you loose more teams then just mine.
You have nothing I want, or need, so I loose nothing.
I have nothing more to say.

If we haven't done that then the shame is on you, not me because I'm trying...
so where did you apply for the position of NT coach?
seriously, there have been many Australian NT coaches, both in senior and u21.
now there are only foreigners...because no serious candidate from Australia decided to try his chances.
I remember you, when you wanted to take over the NT after couple of months of playing - ridiculous.

good work there extrapolating something from a desire to win to cheating in a competition. the spin doctors would be proud of you. too bad people with an ounce of common sense won't follow your logic.

then we simply have different beliefs. the majority of us on the forums here believe that we should vote for the best possible candidate for the job, not some divIII newbie who just joined the game. believe me when i say that if there was a suitable australian candidate who put their hand up for the job, we would most certainly vote him in.
here's an analogy. you have guus hiddink applying for the real life national australian team manager job. his other competitor is some 18yo boy fresh out of high school, with nary a coaching badge. i wonder who you will vote for?

and how would you prove that? it's more likely that the lack of care and consideration greg shows towards those who play in a nation with a small population, combined with the ME changes that have caused people to lose interest in the game. then there are also real-life considerations, that people are getting older and have more responsibilities on their hands, and the fact that the game itself has a problem of retaining new users.

have you looked at their number of users and ours? have you seen how the senior managers in australia have IRL issues to take care of? have you even ASKED for tips on the forums or through PMs without being an asshat? because i'm pretty sure EACH and EVERY ONE of the senior managers would be happy to help if you just asked.
and have you done anything to help out new managers? why don't you put your hand up and start something? i'm sure those of us who lack time would be very grateful for your help and would not mind giving you pointers.

Those of us who have coached Australian NT teams and worked really hard and then saw ranking points squandered by bad managers want to see good managers rather than Australian managers. But if even a half decent Aussie manager applies they will win. you need some experience first. Being known on the forums and actually using tactics in matches helps too.
Look at Pav. Performed so well, puts heaps of effort in administration and tactically. I wouldn't vote for any Australian over him now. Borkos too has put more into the Australian community then probably anyone except maybe cometer. I vote for him over most Aussie too. Give me community contribution over living in Australia all day long.

Here is my job application. Was it ridiculous when you wanted the NT job after 2 seasons Borkos ?
I didn't go bot. Why didn't you say it was ridiculous then ? You had your chance

lol, you're funny - you don't even know what you are writing about. :D
your words:

so I'm asking, where outside of Australia did you try...? And you give me a link to your attempt in Australia, nice ;-)
Was it ridiculous when you wanted the NT job after 2 seasons Borkos ?
The difference is that there were almost no experienced users back then. Now it's different.
ps. your words:

I am withdrawing from the election some time tonight.
After weighing up the pro's, and con's with one of our better managers, I can now see that the best thing for me to do is to sit back for at least a few more seasons, and try to learn as much as I can about this game in that time.
I realise that it does not look good for me to withdraw, and you might not vote for me if I ever decide to volunteer for the NT position again, and I apologise to all the people who voted for me, and believed in me as much as I did in myself.
Good Luck to all the candidates, may the best man/woman win, and I'll see you on the battlefield ;)

I had to withdraw because Aldreeke was nominated himself, and i got heaps of mail to resign. you were obviously in Poland then, or another country sucking up for your first NT job, remember Borkos.

In the end of 2009? Nah, I think that I was 3 or 4 countries on my list already by then ;-) Australia, Eesti, Belgium and Poland
