so much for solid...i got hosed in the league game...completely forgot to change the linup and put out a 4 man defense. My defenders didnt help, fumbling 90% of balls around them. so frustrating to watch.

WA+FOS is a real up and coming team. Bryce is doing a fantastic job there. Nice tactic tonight, nice players and a very nice stadium. It req'd my panic substitution drawing/losing order in the 80th minute of bringing in a first team striker to win the match for me. If I didn't have that order, I think we would have gone to penalties.

Only 1 top 16 team lost tonight :( That means unless I get cumlionibus tomorrow, I am going out next week. On the plus side, I am now ranking 15th in the country so next season will be a easier :)

Please I want a favourable match-up for the next round. I don't know why teams like the Magpies are ranked below me... (actually I do, I just exploited the ranking system :-P)

Only if you want to be out of the cup. You use your 1st XI for 1 week and your 2nd XI in the league (depending on who you're playing) and you put pressure on us at the top to use our 1st XI's to keep us in the cup and to keep our supporter mood at a reasonable level.

Your 1st XI will strongly challenge most of our 2nd XI's, so it's not doom and gloom for you yet, you might just need to look for other alternatives to stay in the cup. With the home games you're likely to get and with these new ticket prices, I'd be very tempted to try and stay in the cup as long as possible to keep getting home game with extra income.

I'm not quite sure that my 3rd goal today is physically possible. Tight angle bounces off both posts and ends up out of the goal and it gets given as a goal. Another reason for goal line technology in sokker ;).

They didn't agree with my decision to play 2nds! Tong's frontline is a great advert for training tech. I couldn't watch the game for longer than 30 seconds.

took the risk of playing 2nds, and lost. 2-0 with my seconds is decent, shame my striker couldnt get any in with 7 shots to his name.
