I'am an italy man with good experience in sokker.
I'm training midfielders from 5 years and i was in NT italian staff for 9 season and in England staff for 1 season.

I want create a good database for the future of Australia, i want minimum 3 australian users in my staff to organize a great job.

Results will come with time, but i want create a big interest to Nt for all australians users.NT players will be followed from 16 years to 21 years, will make very good player that will be very important for Nt senior too.
All young players born from australian sokker team will be posted in international forum to search an user for best training, if australian team not have possibilities to buy their
Together we can make a good job.

I have many ideas to buld my project.I want that all australian users follow national team u21
Often in Italy, we call in Nt young players of active users.Series not importants, is important only that Nt are follow with passion by comunity.

Is important a training planning, only young player in database will be folow from NT staff weekly.

An example:

He is good australian forward of 22 years, we must search a coach that training pace or technich, for 2 season beccause this player can be important for NT senior and for keep high level in future of nation.
We ask beetween australian users if there is one or more interested, we contact his taem to know his price, extra trainings,talent, graphics.
IF there isn't nothing interest we ask in sokker world, in Italy,Spain,Romania etc.
Young player must be training from a very good staff, it is not important if palyer is in Australia, or in World, is important his training.Only it!

To make a great job, australian users must sell australian players and take very good staff.I know that it is difficult, but not impossible.
Nt Begin strong and community will be very interested to NT




I don't know if i will be your U21 coach, i know only that to make my building need a serious project.
