Asunto: Admin mail

I just got some mail from admin, i would like to send a terse reply. Im not sure if it sent though, it doesnt appear in sent mail. Is it possible to reply to such admin mail?

I wasnt doing anything outside of the rules.

I sold a player and his price was adjusted. Fair enough he was rubbish and wasnt worth 1mill.

But at the end of the mail it told me its my resposibilty to monitor such things. That ground my gears because i hadnt logged in to see the guy had even been sold. And i wouldnt know how much players are worth anyway. Everytime i sell a player im going to mail admin to make sure he sold for the right price. If he didnt i expect a boost in price.

I think that's a little harsh response from them. They could have easily seen if you'd be online or not since listing him, what you listed him for and could clearly identify it wasn't your fault the price went higher than they liked. Certainly shouldn't be your responsibility if you've made every effort not to sell for high amounts. Whilst I can see why you'd transfer adjust this price the message of communication could have been better worded.

It's a bit dumb... just a bad excuse really; I agree with Cometer.
Nothing you can do about transfers adjustements, they're to keep the game fair and stop the cheating but the wording is poor. Who's the admin?

I think judging from user topic that it was RedDog responsible. I sent him a skmail yesterday anyway when he was online about it which hasn't been read.

I actually think what's happened is they've got a default message for these things and just to save time copy/paste without thinking properly. As admins I worry when they look for the easy option rather than the correct option. Though I'm not really surprised when the top follows the exact same methodology, bad excuses to hide the obvious ;).

Basically it's a standard message and perhaps the last line should be adjusted though it's it's not meant to come across the way it has in this case. Due to the number they have to go through, customisation of each and every case becomes difficult.

Yeah I figured it was a standard message but i still think its a bit rude. Most people arent trying to cheat but it implies you are.
