Andreasson [del] para Todos
Only 11 hours, then we play against Chile. We want to win, and the set-up you all can see in the Association Forum. I`m sorry for the little match-preview, but at the moment I have to work so much. I also won`t have time to see the game live :(
I write then on Monday :)

Greets and enjoy our win :)

Boa, what the fuck?
They destroyed us... Ok, their rating was incredible too...

is it just me or did both teams play exactly the same tactic?

5-2-1-2, with the one being a left winger?

Their players were just better than yours, in my opinion, their 2 central mids played killer balls whenever they got it, and their defenders didn't miss a tackle. Even after the red card left an opening in front of Kearton they were still tackling him from the side and the back.

Your players were good but theirs were like 10 rating points better and with tactics being equal...not a surprising result, nothing to be ashamed about though.

I didn't see it like that at all. I saw Chile being a lot stronger, but when you play a 5-2-1-2 and there are large gaps between defenders and acres of space between the defensive line and defensive midfield of which one of the two has next to no defense, it's not overly surprising we got flogged.

I don't think 5-2-1-2 works under this current structure. Where ball movement seems to dominate, not having that option to either move the ball around or prevent it from being moved around is going to cause problems. I would have preferred to see a 5-3-2 or a 5-4-1 than a 5-2-1-2.

I did however think that Kearton had a reasonable game other than lacking the edge to finish the chances once the gap he caused was maintained.

It worked pretty well for Chile! :D

haha well when 2 teams use the same formation, obviously it's going to have to work for one side :p.

I didn`t know that they would play with the same set-up ;) Otherwise I would have changed my tactic, thats clear...

Yeah, it was just funny that both put out the same thing given it use to be a decent formation.
