Asunto: [NT] baikonur

Greetings. I've been looking for a foreing NT in which to apply. There are few reasons why I ended up with Australia:
1. It's easier to communicate if everyone can speak the same language.
2. Your NT is a bit of an underdog in which I'm very familiar with my own team.
3. This might sound a bit awful but the fact that you're out of the WC. If I was elected I'd like to have some time to get used to your players and a whole season of friendlies would be nice from that point of view.
As many of you might not know who I am, a short introduction might be a good idea.
I've been playing this game a bit over six years. I've been playing finnish "A-league" for 7 seasons in total (I was relegated for a while but got back two seasons ago). In that time I've has two bronze medals and one Cup silver. This season I was one win away from silver in the league but last rounds (after selling my best trainee) were disastrous.
I've been coaching the finnish NT also, 3-4 seasons ago. That, to be honest, didn't go as planned as we got eliminated after WC group stage.
In club level due to my training and lack of quality players I'm 'forced' to use more defensive tactics, mostly 451 and 541. Therefore I also have most experience from them. I still like to have some risks with the defensive tactics as well and the results are ...well variable. This example is brought to a head but it still gives a pretty good picture of it.
Match 1
Match 2
I didn't change the tactic in anyway between those two games. By the results it seems hard to believe.
I think this will do it as an opening post. I hope you'll have some questions. I'm in a different time zone (6-8 hours behind) so my posts might take some time.
