I'm an italian boy 29 yrs old. I play sokker from October 2008 and from that day I have become increasingly passionate about this game, all with excellent results!
I like it very much and i love especially tactics and strategies.

I'm here to propouse myself as yours U21 coach.

I'll be honest with you, i don't know very well your community. I could say that i know all of your country and your NT, but wouldn't be the truth.
For what i saw, I think your community is structured better than other community of the same level.
It's evidencied by yours NTs level that with only a few number of users achieved a medium-high level. Other community with more users are under your NT.
All this it's impossible whitout an active community, a fine tutorial system for newbies and without a continuously updated and desire to improve.

I decided for your NT just for this. Because I think there is already a fertile ground to work and fun to achieve important goals.
Especially for U21 players is important to decide the best strategies to growe up the young players as well as possible for each links, and that can equilibrate benefits for NT(great player) and benefits for coach (economic).
Some other initiative can be advanced to involves the users more in the life of the community. For example we can organize a "Training contest" for young players were the coach that obtain the most number of pops with one young will be elected "The best Youth Coach of the season" or other things that bring the people to live the forum and inspiring coaches to train their player as well as possible.

I have some NT experience, because of my brother was the italian goalkeper scout and i have often help him in his work. So i know the work of an NT coach and his commitments and I can assure you my best efforts!

With my team I have reached an excellent level. I was 2th and 3th in the last two seasons in Italian Serie D. For an 2008's users is a very good level in Italy. I hope this season to win my league and maybe hope to achieve the italian Serie C! :)

I hope you give me a chance to drive your NT highest possible!
