WOOOOW!!! That was the most intense game I've watched for a long time!
Goals, goals, goals! Strikers running riot, snappa's silky smooth passing midfield, gallant defending, etc. Had everything. Van der Werff was on fire, then squandered a couple of match-winning chances.
Two different tactics made for an interesting battle.
Snappa didn't deserve to lose that one.

That's the first game I've actually watched in a long time and it was an entertaining game.
I thought I had you but some mistakes by my defenders late in the game let you back in.
I noticed that my penalty taker wasn't Van der Werff. I forgot to change when my number 1 striker got injured last week and Nillos who is a 'good' striker was lucky enough to slot it.
The one positive is I can get back to training now, most of my U21 players have missed out the past 2 weeks in a bid to try to stay in the Cup.

Beautiful the first goal of viv: long pass from defense and goal volley from outside the box .... wow ... :)
Beautiful also the second goal of Snappa, with lateral action and double pass from the wing to the striker unmarked ... :)

I just have one question for Snappa: why, with the ball in midfield, your defenders sides were lined up behind the line of the central defenders? It was a problem of tactical discipline for the defensor, or was it a deliberate choice? For me it is very dangerous, but I want to understand! :)

That was one of the most epic battles ever. 0-0 then 1-1 in extra time. Amazing

Pav, tactics aren't my strong point and to be honest I find it tedious. I don't have plus so I can't see my competitors matches to prepare.
I should probably spend sometime watching my matches and upgrading my tactics to see what works and what doesn't, as I said this is the first match I've watched in a long time.

Your tactic is good (otherwise you would not have made 4 goals to viv!), But you could improve! I've seen some positioning of defenders that should be reviewed! ;)

Already saw that in my Cup game uber, the benefit of watching games ;)
On one occasion I was like, why the hell is there a forward 10-15m clear from the nearest defender directly in front of goal with free kicks coming into the box. It will be just a matter of whether I get motivated enough to revise or make some new tactics.

Haha Pav. Yeah, there are a few teams here which would be major forces if they made a few tweaks to their formations.
I enjoyed watching snappa's team. His midfield interplay was great, finding gaps in my backline. And Lapinski is a monster!

I loved how he beat 3 players, ran down the wing and crossed to set up my 2nd goal. Didn't get an assist but deserved one.
