Well that seems a bit rough losing 3:1 despite having basically the same number of shots, but oh well, it is what it is.

I didn't watch the game so don't know how it actually panned out

Oh just took another look, it was 3:1 in penalties after a 0-0 draw.

I'm guessing pens are still a lottery & there's bugger all setting of pen takers etc.?

I’ve never really paid much attention to how shootouts work given they happen so infrequently. Always seems to be a lot of saves/misses though.

As it's nigh impossible to bring in new transfers given the state of the TM at the moment, I'm just hoping for a home game.
Unless I can find the 3-4 new players, I'll likely stick with my trainees to get full training, & suffer the result.

Not hard to tip my result. Although I did panic for a moment as I couldn't recall if I'd set my B team or was doubling up with 1st XI.
Only fail point is I didn't include new signing Henry. At least it's friendlies & training now. :)
