And bad luck Achmid. Yes, that was a rough one, but we all know these results happen... and they should happen (occasionally) to mirror real life. Which is easy for me to say because it didn't just happen to me!

I guess the thing is if it were occasionally it probably wouldn’t have frustrated Achmid as much. It’s basically happened 3-4 times this season now that I can count and that’s not even looking at past seasons. I mean I know there’s rng but it’s basically wiped out his season, unless something strange happens in the league in the back half.

Do tell, as you’ve tweaked my interest :p. I’m always keen to hear if there’s ways to reduce rng outside of keeping the opponent without a shot.

You didn't take the size of the land into account. This greatly influences the tactics.

It is an important factor but it didn't play a role in this match at all. All that does is change the number of opportunities a team may have sometimes, and I certainly created enough opportunities, with higher skilled, more in form strikers.

Yeah, that'd probably have mattered if Romaldino had had more opportunities. In this case, it's just getting effed up the ass real hard by the match engine.

My GK is better and higher form.
My Striker is high wage and high form (compared to a similar wage with mid level form, or a half the price striker with same form)

Not very often you’d lose scoring 5 goals. When I first saw the result I thought you must have lost in pens or something but nope. Really weird result score wise looking at the stats. Like when was the las time a side scored 6 from 9. Shame I can’t watch it to see how they were scored.
