Mate instead of complaining about what we don't have (or don't have up to the standards you would like), which will ultimately lead to excuses for any loses, I would concentrate on how you will beat our opposition with what we do have.
Just remember, we are not one of the biggest nations, so what you may say is our weakness, could actually pretty decent for our size and our ranking. Borkos talked you up as someone who would make a good U21 manager, which is ultimately why we voted for you, don't let Borkos down as he is the highest respected non Australian member of our community, with all the work he has done for us.

I believe that if you try, and have some tactical prowess, you can win almost all the matches you have lined up this season, so concentrate on some good tactics, and you'd be surprised what those players can achieve

In u21 it's important to remember, that even if the team is weak - the other teams are as weak, or even weaker. As long as there is a fine striker and winger - it's ok.

I wrote some facts, some of them were negative but I DO NOT complain! What's more you guys are awesome and I am glad to have a NT staff like this. Why? Simply because you care!
Most of the nations I set matches with are weaker than Australia so don't worry :)

I'm touched with one issue, which is lack of 20y. I will be forced to use many 19y in U-20 matches :( And this will lead most likely to defeat.

We have lack of U21 players full stop, which is all part of having a smaller userbase number. There are sides that are even worse than us. We don't have the luxury of selecting from a billion players unfortunately.

China have been around a while now, much more than 2-3 seasons. They've at least had an U21 team since mid 2009. With their userbase it's not difficult to improve.

Looking forward to seeing how you go for your first game in control.

A draw against Paraguay shows a lack of offensive power :/
I am satisfied with the game though. And from now on, Hirons and Harries won't play unless we are leading the game :)
