and to be honest even if I spend all my money, I don't think I will have the best team around.

160 / 11 = 15M per player. That would buy a better team than mine and I've cruised into the last 16 of champs league.
But you won't go far only having 11 players...:)
Don't know how you guys get so much money. Most I ever had was probably around 10M. Only enough to get one good player.
