Asunto: [NT]Wo-10

Hello Australian community of sokker,

I'm Wo-10 and I'm manager from the Czech Republic. At this election I was very excited. Now I begin my speech that I want to take.

Something about me:
I was a coach in Albania, where I led U21 and now NT. Sokker at international level I enjoy. In it I can show who is doing well tactics. In the NT Albania I went far in MiniWC (quarterfinal). It is interesting that I met in the group with Australia. On the sokker I am not long, but I just devote this game very often. Also I help the Czech community. I devote the newbies, I work as a tutor.

Why do I stand for election?
Qualification is approaching and I decided that I wanted to help in Australia. I wondered if I stay in Albania or try here. Yes, I want to try here. I would like to once again move forward. Australia has a good team, better than I had. It's a big challenge for me.

What can I offer Australia national team?

1. Cooperation in the forum.

I would be very happy if I could talk with you about matches. I wrote information and debated with the community. I would like brought the news about the team and wrote you report and suchlike :). This is another reason why I wanted to lead Australia. I follow your forum for some time and a few people come here.

2. Creation of good tactics..Creation of good tactics.

Tactic. One of the most important things in this game. I like to create a lot of tactics. I have a great imagination and I can be very creative. After all the changes that have recently taken place, I learned a lot. Now I like the new ME. In the game there are better combinations, players can combine. It is important to now have the dominance in the middle of the pitch. MIDs are very important factor and therefore one should not be afraid to play with more players in midfield line.

3. I'll find all the great players.

My friend ostulc worked on the database with which I helped him. It's a great program for searching players for the national team. First, it was created for the Czech community. But I do then worked in Albania. Now we would like to update it, and I'd worked with in Australia. Who wants to see, email me and I'll send it to you by SK@. We do not want it with ostulc much show, it's for private use.

What is my target here?

- working with you
- improve the coefficient for Australia (Top 32 and next)
- of course incorporate young players into cadre (for training).
- and the most important thing = process of qualification

note. I do not want to promise that everything we win 5-0, we will be champions and suchlike. But I will do everything .. we can to advanced to the WC. And presented to the game must be good, of course. I work hard, I enjoy it. I organize so many things. Sometimes I did NSW for the whole community. On the Czech forum I do competition in betting, I help newcomers and working on other things. I believe that my work here will be great.

I hope I have not forgotten anything.

So, I would also like to write some words.

Qualifying Group B

België
Hrvatska
Australia
Canada
Pilipinas
Crna Gora

This group is interesting. Especially for me because I played with Belgium and with Croatia I will play. It will be important to prepare for all matches. I think that the process is real. The little things will decide. Friends groups are, of course, Belgium and Croatia. Canada may also intervene in the battle for the progress. But I want that Australia advanced to the World Cup.


België is the rival, which is the highest in the rankings. Located on the 14th site. They have strong players, it's obvious. But I played with this opponent. I played of MiniWorldCup quarterfinal and I think we had a small chance. I had a weak team in Albania, but I tried to make the best defense. Then I got a red card and playground opened. Unfortunately, I lost, but now I know that the opponent can defeat or at least can get some points. It's all about preparation and especially tactics.


Hrvatska. Here too we need to get some points, and I believe that it will decide who has the better tactic. I'll wait, who wins the election, then I think and then I see which tactics the opponent doing. Also, what is his style of play. (This was their group on WC.)


Canada is another obstacle in the way of the World Championship. With this opponent we begin and the first match will also be crucial. Opponent is located on the 49th place, but we must not underestimate him. Coach Canada was punished, because they elect a new coach. Canada also does not have a bad team, some teams are going up. But I believe that we can win this debut. And of course the second match.


The two rivals, Pilipinas and Crna Gora, are doing likewise. Pilipinas is located on the 80th site and Crna Gora is located at the 82nd site. These matches we must win and 12 points is an obligation. In those matches, it is important to do a good tactic. Be creative and come up with a lot of positions to beat an opponent. I suppose that our opponents will play 5 defenders and will be fairly defend. Therefore, we must be offensive and take advantage of the positive aspects of the new engine.

If you choose me, I get ready for each game as well and I hope that in the end we always rejoice. For every opponent before the match I will write previews and I'll be happy when you read it. Something I wanted to say, more information I will bring before the game. I see chance, therefor will be important preparation.

We're lucky to have strong candidates this season, despite borkos and cometer not nominating.

I don't have anything to ask you right now. But want to let you and pryku know that there are Aussie managers here, and we do care about the NT, and we appreciate having such good NT managers wanting to take on the job.

Are you willing to put the effort in to the job to do it well? It takes a lot of time, because it's hard to keep track of our players. And we are not that strong, so it needs cunning tactics and strategy every week to get results.

Of course I know that here is a lot of good managers. And especially active. I want to work with you on the forum... It is important to me. Why?

I'll do my best work as I can. Yes, I'm willing to put all my efforts into representation. My free time I like to spend on sokker. I like sokker, so I can work here. I can find players, and of course I'll watch. Especially young players too. My program will help to me.
The reward for me is that I can disassemble matches with you on the forum. We can discuss. That would be great.

I am preparing tactics really like. I'll add to the tactics my elements, which I found at representation. I love creativity and I enjoy playing with tactics.

There's a lot of really good candidates for NT and U21. I have no idea to vote for...

Here's a few questions. Apologies for the lateness and good luck for the elections.

1) How do you overcome a lack of depth in options to still put the same effort in the first week as the 16th week? I found that a real challenge as after about 4-5 weeks I realised 1 tactic pretty much superior to everything else and there was hardly need for change, resulting in very little change.

2) How will you capture users interest and perhaps attract more interest to Australia's NT (be it NT or U21 NT)?

3) I'm being blunt here but one thing I don't enjoy hearing only about (mainly because it's predictable and I've heard it all before) is i'll change tactics, update db, improve ranking, qualify for world cups etc. What is something that if elected you can do outside of the basic fundamentals that either hasn't been done before or you could perform better than has been done before?

4) Community is a key component. What do you have planned in this space?

1) It is not the first time I am running for a job of NT coach and as you might have seen, I am putting the same effort in the first match of the season as well as the same effort in the very last one. Furthermore if my interest in the NT would be falling down, I wouldn't run for the job of a NT coach again. One tactic can never be that superior. The outcome of the tactic is based also on the way opponent threats it (which you can quite often deduct as each coach has some tactical style), and of course you can not make one tactic for every combination of players you want to play. So you needn't be scared I would end up stuck with just a one tactic.

2) Attracting interest of the user in the NT is somewhat difficult. I've found it out during my own career. Yes, there will always be users who will spontaneously discuss the matters around the NT but unfortunately the majority will still find it like a one man team and they wouldn't even take enough effort to see that it is not like that (and you as a NT coach don't have much of chance to persuade them about the opposite when they even don't read your topics). But enough of being negative. I've observed some means that may keep attracted at least those users that do have at least some interest for the NT from the beginning:

A) First of all, long text previews might get boring. So don't expect me to write a lot of text at least in the first part of the preview.

B) I will include a tactic and leave it to the thorough discussion. In my opinion it's good when those interested in tactic may ask me why I have done something in such a way - It's good both for me as I might have mistaken as well as for you as you might get the information you are particulary interested in :)

C) I've found out that informal previews get more attention than those aimed just towards the match. You might expect some funnier and more informal information about the country we are about to play (such as real world football info, some unexpected weird things about the countries, etc ;))ch coach has some tactical style), and of course you can not make one tactic for every combination of players you want to play.

3) I would just briefly stuck around the update db thing. I think I might do it in a way better way as others mostly relies on other users who update the players in the NTDB or they asks for the skills of the players already known. I may (and I want to do so) scan every Sokker player so that no interesting player will be left forgotten. (such a way led to finding few stars in Czech Republic who were without NT cap and they were almost retiring ;)) But talking about things outside these basic fundamentals is kinda difficult. As I have already sketched, I want to keep the forum discussion active and I've already sketched the means I want to use. I will become a part of your community so I will be open to every user and will try to help him if it will be possible.

4) Yes, community is even more important that the coach itself (and of course not just by voting for the coach ;)). In Czech Republic we are using well tested system for helping the newbies (Here is a question for you - do you have such a system here? If you do, we might at least talk about possible improvement or maybe improving the Czech one ;)). The next important thing is tracking of the trainings. And in case that some player might be trained better and his owner can not ensure such a training, I would discuss a possible transfer - of course with a reasonable transfer fee ;). One of the last things I have already mentioned - active conversation on the forum. And not just in the matters of NT :). As I wrote, my desire is cooperate with you. It's one of the reasons that I brought me here. I like cooperating, talking with users about what is best.
