VOTE FOR ME
Hello, my nickname is Pavoniana, but my real name is Cristian Pavone. In Italy Pavone means peacock. My nickname and my team logo she derive precisely from this! :)
I have 32 years. I play real soccer and I have a license to football coach until the Italian fourth division.
In sokkker, I'm part of the staff of the Italian national team, and Under21 Italian from many seasons. This year I drove for one round the Italian team: ITALY-BOLIVIA 3-0 (clik here for the match report).
While last year, I drove for one round the Under21 Italian, drawing 0-0 against Latvia.
I also had the good fortune to be part of the team-staff that won the WORLD CUP UNDER-21!
This season I would like to compete for the national coach of the Australian Under21!

MY OBJECTIVE
- Prepare the team for the World Cup qualifiers next season
- Improve the ranking of Australia Under21
- Working hard on the database (update and look for new players)
- Exploit the tactics and the ability to change tactics During the game, and exploit the different field sizes
- Helping coaches Australians to improve young players
- Helping coaches Australians to prepare new tactics always best
- Follow and improve the development of young players who are active in foreign teams
- Involve the Australian forum with: reports of games played, discussions on match, and competitions to "Winning the national Under21" to Their players
- Finding Australian coaches who want to try a new adventure and to be part of my team!

Here's a few questions. Apologies for the lateness and good luck for the elections.
1) How do you overcome a lack of depth in options to still put the same effort in the first week as the 16th week? I found that a real challenge as after about 4-5 weeks I realised 1 tactic pretty much superior to everything else and there was hardly need for change, resulting in very little change.
2) How will you capture users interest and perhaps attract more interest to Australia's NT (be it NT or U21 NT)?
3) I'm being blunt here but one thing I don't enjoy hearing only about (mainly because it's predictable and I've heard it all before) is i'll change tactics, update db, improve ranking, qualify for world cups etc. What is something that if elected you can do outside of the basic fundamentals that either hasn't been done before or you could perform better than has been done before?
4) Community is a key component. What do you have planned in this space?
