1) How do you overcome a lack of depth in options to still put the same effort in the first week as the 16th week? I found that a real challenge as after about 4-5 weeks I realised 1 tactic pretty much superior to everything else and there was hardly need for change, resulting in very little change.

2) How will you capture users interest and perhaps attract more interest to Australia's NT (be it NT or U21 NT)?

3) I'm being blunt here but one thing I don't enjoy hearing only about (mainly because it's predictable and I've heard it all before) is i'll change tactics, update db, improve ranking, qualify for world cups etc. What is something that if elected you can do outside of the basic fundamentals that either hasn't been done before or you could perform better than has been done before?

4) Community is a key component. What do you have planned in this space?

1) I chose to commit (subtracting time to my team) for the past six seasons in Italy, both in NT in Under21. I've always been very happy and the thing I was never bored. Imagine now that would do as a coach! The lenght of this trend campaign, says a lot about my interest in this role! And now, in Australia, there is also the legendary Alessandro Del Piero, and also follow the story of Australian real football will be fun!

I don't think there is a better tactic of all. Why always depends on the opponent. And then there are the dimensions of the field! All underestimate the size of the field, but affect much the outcome of the game and the game developed!
Another reason to change tactics which often is surprise. Otherwise, the adversary already knows how to play and take the right countermoves.
I personally study the opponent from time to time, and create a new tactic for everyone, trying to figure la tattica the tactics that will use my opponent e and then exploit the weaknesses to my advantage!
Before choosing a tactic, must also take into account the shape of the players, very important in NT or U21.

Trying to surprise them with new ideas and help in the growth of their players, their team (both tactically and economically)!
We will try to make them understand the importance of training to better their young, and to help them with a scout for department (GK, DEF, MID or ATT) that will advise them on how to train their young champions!
In Italy, for 6 seasons, I worked closely with some of the best coaches Sokker and I understand how they think, how they treat the growth of individual players, also suggesting transfers club (always to make them better!), how to prepare for the games, tactics and I assimilated their tricks and their advantages!

For me, it might be interesting to propose this:

1 - In Italy, we have a forum dedicated to sale of future players under 21, belonging to foreign countries. Because we have so many Italian managers who lead many national Also small.

Who will have the most points (and therefore more talent and luck) will win!
The winners (one or two per role) will be entitled to be fielded in a match of the Under21 decided by the coach of the national team.

This is a challenge that, in my opinion, encourages coaches and helps to find very talented players, but with not have a perfect distribution from departure.
It also helps to update the best and most promising players. If the competition will make us even for the NT, it helps to check the progress of players over 21 and under 26, which are often lost because they can not be used in Under21 and not even in NT.

Sounding so negative here but that's unlikely to do much. World cup qualification did very little for sokker, it's just not in most peoples interest here. Most are happy to support the actual sport but not many are interested in the simulation side.

Also have you ever tried to search for sokker on google australia? Unless you specifically type sokker you don't find sokker anywhere on the first handful of pages. No individual signing is going to change that overnight :).

You never know. Football is becoming very popular in the USA from some time, especially since Beckham, Henry and co. joined their league.

One Del Piero won't do much, but maybe 2-3 stars can change it and bring people to the stadiums? :)

I'm not talking about football not becoming popular (it already is at junior levels). I'm talking about people joining sokker. Yeah, you're right I don't know, but there are some reasonable indicators which would be bigger than 1-2 players joining that haven't done anything so far, i.e world cup 06, world cup 10, asian cups, epl (which tends to be the most followed league here), none of which have altered our user numbers in any great detail.

Therefore Del Piero as good a player as he will increase attendances at games but most likely not on this game :).

In Italy we have recently introduced the figure of the PROMOTER.
Here in Australia you have?
The promoters are Sokker users who engage in leisure time, to sponsor the game Sokker, in the Forums most frequented by football fans, in the forum of the most played online games, in forums discussing football in general, etc..
The promoter does not have to do anything but invite new users to try to play Sokker. In italy this idea has had some huge success.
