I'd advise you to check Australian teams on your own, including their youth school graduates

there aren't many really active team so it shouldn't take you too much time :)

although I'm not too active, the young ones I'm "training" are now viewable.

Nothing much as I sold all my good ones last season for people to train, but they may be of some use if out players are as bad as you say

Player skills shouldn't have been anything less than expected. I've made numerous points about that prior to elections and during it. We weren't much better last season or the season before. It's what happens when you have maybe a dozen active users as opposed to several hundred.

I think you'll be doing well to pull too many players we haven't got into the NTDB that instantly make the U21 1st team. About 2 seasons back I did a complete update of U21 players including going through the entire youth thread which is where most juniors of any talent are posted here. Signs weren't good then and it wasn't really a surprise when player quality declined quickly.

Hopefully though, with your fresh outlook and your desire to succeed, you'll uncover players I wasn't able to that will benefit us going forward.

I update my players on the NTDB when they pop....those that might be good enough anyway (will do a quick check to make sure they up to speed).
That said, you won't see my U21's being good enough until next season at least...possibly Zdrillic (19yo) if he imporves enough.

Next week we will play against the Dominican Republic. This is because Panama, without telling us, did not keep his word, and organized a match against Nigeria.
