Asunto: [U21] Pavoniana

I introduce myself to those who do not know me: my nickname is Pavoniana, but my real name is Cristian Pavone. In Italy Pavone means peacock. My nickname and my team logo precisely she drifts from this! :)
I have 33 years. I play soccer and I have a real license to football coach until the Italian fourth division.
In sokker, I'm part of the staff of the Italian national team, and Italian Under21 from many seasons. I drove for the Italian team one round: ITALY-BOLIVIA 3-0 ( clik here for the match report ) and I drove for one round the Under21 Italian, drawing 0-0 against Latvia U21, but Italy play with Under20. I also had the good fortune to be part of the team-That team won the WORLD CUP UNDER-21!
In this and last season , I'm under21 Australia coach and winning 19 games out of 30 (so far).

Yes, Pav your dedication to the U21's is amazing! inspires me to train up our youth :) In a couple of years, my fine bunch of 17 yr old boys will be pushing for a representative jumper :)

Pavo ... you dont want to play MiniWC U21, why?

My primary goal is to be able to qualify the team for the next world cup under21. This is my priority and I want to focus on it. To do this we need to grow our players under20 and under19, in order to have them ready for the season of qualifications. In the meantime, we need to increase our ranking as much as possible and hope for a lucky draw more than the last.
Australia under21 lacking for too long in official competitions ... and the mini-world cup is not an official finish line!
This is the reason! ;)
