Here's a few questions. Apologies for the lateness and good luck for the elections.

1) How do you overcome a lack of depth in options to still put the same effort in the first week as the 16th week? I found that a real challenge as after about 4-5 weeks I realised 1 tactic pretty much superior to everything else and there was hardly need for change, resulting in very little change.

2) How will you capture users interest and perhaps attract more interest to Australia's NT (be it NT or U21 NT)?

3) I'm being blunt here but one thing I don't enjoy hearing only about (mainly because it's predictable and I've heard it all before) is i'll change tactics, update db, improve ranking, qualify for world cups etc. What is something that if elected you can do outside of the basic fundamentals that either hasn't been done before or you could perform better than has been done before?

4) Community is a key component. What do you have planned in this space?

answers:

very concise and clear answers

1 - is an important tactic but also selection of players, and is also important who you play against. I learned from tactical magicians do as a tactic to not turn against each other. Two important features - patience and confidence.

2 - it is very simple, we made it in Slovakia and we managed to do it. We passed the team coach + Scouts. Each scout the interim report Skil table properties for comparison to the user can very quickly as compared to a player in the training process. that we increased viewership and interest in the ordinary user, who just played and was driven without interest.
it is for a longer period 2-3 seasons, but it worked. The result - regular attendance at WC U21 and the senior NT, too.

3 - good coach needs a good team around him.

4 - the community is important, it can be done well so that team 2 NT + some coaches will help Scout weaker user to train, what tactics to use.
very important point for the community is the fact that it is necessary to play with younger players than the U21. new user so will be good motivation for further training.
and one more thing you should definitely use the fact that every young player should better get good training, and it should be provided at home or in another country, in agreement with their friends.

watch players, scouting, regular update.
