We had to play with a Handicap: we can use a maximum of 5 players of 21 years . The other players were all younger.
Our opponents were free to line up all players 21 years of age.

Unfortunately I had to give up players imported 21 years, and the difference is seen. Even Xavier's injury was very bad for us.
I state that I did not like our match.
Kenya had the attackers with MAGIC in attack (we dream to have them) and also in other comprehensive skill ... in fact they have done goal in the one true chance they had.
Kenya also has a very strong goalkeeper and a defender even superdivine, and during the match occurred!
We have so many wrong goals in 1 vs 1. Today Haddleton, our bomber, does not have a fair shot.
Too bad, maybe if we had won 2 to 1 would have been more right!
In any case, we did play new players of 20 years, which will be used next season!
ps: Beautiful through ball to our goal!

You win some, you lose some, you draw some. It happens.
Looks like we were the better team but not lucky.
What do you think of our 20yo players? Will they be a good batch when they take over next season?

I think the Australian players have grown a lot during the season.
Unfortunately, the next season will lose very important players of 21 years: Greenwood (super mid / wing), Haddleton and Pywell (best strikers, especially the first), Papalia (nice def) and Renaud (super GK), and virtually all of the midfield owner ... Grella on all.
The new recruits, current players of 20 years:
GK:
There are two/three normal players (60pt), but they are growing. Especially Martin (who played against Kenya) is going to take pop-up in parades.
Then there are Curcija and Mangos, that can be a viable alternative.
Certain Renaud was better than all of them ... : (
DEF:
In defense we're in pretty good. We do not have great champions, but we have many players available. And the alternatives are important. The work done by early season has paid off. (Now the situation is much much much better than it was when I started the season!)
MID:
The midfield is still a question mark.
We have ten players with great potential and almost all coached by Australian consumer. It all depends on how well trained and will take you if you still improve. I hope so!
The current players of 21 years, as a whole, are more competitive, but there is still a little 'time to see improve current players of 20 years.
In addition, we don't have mid / wing in pink. : (
ATT:
In attack we will lose a lot. I would say a lot.
The only one certainty is Russell: he has already scored 4 goals. But besides him there is little alternatives.
Making goals will be more difficult next season, but I will study new strategies and methods of play to take advantage of the characteristics of the new attackers!
Each of these players, if I continuously improved its shortcomings, can play and do well:
-Morgan Black: need only tec
-Bob Evans: need tec, after att o speed
-Karl Holdsworth: need more tec
-Ryan Popovic: need +1 to all
-Robin Kohler: need att for star
-Chad Hickmann: need speed and after att
-Bevan Hind: need speed and after att
-Alexander Bate: need tec and pace anda att
-Shaun Grierson: need only att
CONCLUSION:
The next season will depend on the draw and the opposition in the qualifiers to the world. If we're being 'lucky we qualify!
I wish with all my might that Australia Under21 to qualify (he deserves it) and fight for it!
Our team is able to fight against all! Maybe we will not be very strong, but together we are a good team.
I hope that the Australian community wants to help in this difficult task.
The help of all is essential. :)
The current level of the players is not frightening: it takes only one or two improvements in skill, both in attack, and in midfield, and in parades, and we will be even more competitive!
I believe in the possibility of Australia Under21 to qualify for the next world cup! And you? :)

That's good to hear. The team is always a bit weak at the start of the cycle. At least we know the areas we need to improve, so we can work on them.
Hopefully some decent strikers will emerge during the season.

I remember being U21 coach... you always thought the team was cr@p at the start of the season, but then you realise that they are improving so fast that a team at the end of the season is much, much better than at the start. I think we have a strong midfield next season which is half the batle in U21 IMO. I just need to get some form into my 2 gun midfielders....

& not forgetting other NT's are in the same boat with loss of 21yo's, & 20yo's that will improve as the season ages.
On another note, if anybody has trainable U21 strikers from an NT perspective & wants to move them on owing to unsuitable training, I'd be happy to consider them as I'm looking to train the 3 striker skills, i.e. pace/tech/strik. At the mo' I don't really have quality U21's aside from a current 18 & 19yo defender.
The challenge will be to do this & survive in A League. :)

Very well! I will try some of the players for you! :)
For FANTUM:
I found the right player for you!
is already ON SALE!
Is a very very strong striker:
Chad Hickmann, age: 20,
Stamina: very good; Keeper: tragic
Pace: very good; Defender: adequate
Technique: incredible; Playmaking: weak
Passing: good; Striker: excellent
He has already played 3 games in Under21 and has also scored 1 goal important: the winning goal against Egypt!
He needs:
+1 Or +2 pop-up in pace now!
+1 pop-up in attack
and then a lot of speed!
