Asunto: [NT] Ste9489

Hello everyone :)

I am Ste9489 (stefano in RL) and I'd like to be the CT of Australia. I thought a lot about whether to continue the adventure with the National, and I finally decided to try a new challenge, a challenge not only myself, but with all those who decide to give me a chance.
I do not want to make too many promises, I want to give you is definitely my commitment and my desire to do. The rest, will be doing road :)


In recent seasons have been:
CT of the Philippines
Scout of the Philippines (Torquemada CT)
Scouts Canada's U21 (Solli CT)
Scout Italy (Ale70 CT)
Scout Norway (Ale 70 CT)

What I want is to ensure every effort to try to revive the fortunes of the national team :D
The criticism is welcome, because it is thanks to those that you grow together.

My objective:

- Test tactics and players for future commitments qualification
- Improve the ranking of NT Australia
- Working together to those who want it

I believe every tactic should be chosen depending on the opponent that is in front, and of course based on the players we have in the national team. At the moment I do not know the skills of the players, of course.
I think every opponent deserves respect.
Definitely want to create many scoring chances, because as we have seen in recent seasons, strong teams, and with so many shots, can not do a single goal. We must challenge the random component

Can you tell us a bit about your time with Philippines NT?
How did you track players?
Did you have assistants or did you do the job on your own?
Did you make tactics for every game or use one or two which suited your players best?

Unfortunately I did not get much help from users Filipinos, because it is a community that actively participate in the game, if not in some forum.
There's just a user, Bulacaneo, which was always available and has been part of the staff of all the latest management.
Of course, I explored the DB, but often, I had to check every day players in TA and TL. This is because I could see the skills and update finally some players that had not been updated in a long time.
I got to try different tactics, but it is important, without changing their name. Needed to prevent anyone wants to be in front of its movements.
I know that here I provide players a very different caliber, and this would allow me to use tactics more proactive.

In case of victory, of course I would like to build a team. Although often I found myself alone in the other national teams.
At the moment I'm the only one who runs the DB Filipino, and also the Norwegian DB. This is because I'm used to send a lot of mail.
In the Italian forum, I am a postman, then send the mail to the new users, with about 6 other users, one for each day.
This experience has helped me in updating the DB :D

I seek not only a challenge but also a comparison with the most active users :)

Tomorrow we will close the elections and how was the race for the post of CT.

Bad luck Stefano. I'm sure you would have done very well with the Aussie NT. Just came up against a manager who has a bit more experience and success at club level.
