You'll be doing well just to find enough decent U20 players to play.
How's the squad look? Decent prospects for the future?

Today we will play a friendly match against Senegal. Take the field the next generation of players. Some of them have debuted Already, while others are new faces! I organized this friendly match to rest from injury and preserve our "big players" Under21 and Under20 ... because the next official match we play against the swiss!
Tactically we will try something different, because against the Swiss we must win and play more in swiss own half.
Today the result is not important, but a win give always moral! :)

Come on guys! Go go go! :)

Yes, the prospects are decent. But I prefer to talk after the game today. I do not want to reveal our strengths and weaknesses before the game!

However, we have some good reinforcements in almost every role ... Viv after the match will be more accurate! ;)

Ah, I forgot to say That some players take the field today even with low form, in the hope that play will help to make it go up (as already happened in the past with other players!).

We win: 5-0, game dominated and many missed chances. The scoreboard reads 19 shots for us and one for them.

It PLAYED UNDER 19/20.
The only drawback to spot a good performance, the fact that I accidentally deployed a 21y (which by the way was in danger of hurting yourself ahead of the return match with the Swiss, shame on me!). I messed up because he had to play with 10 one last name is Cardozo. Only that the number 9 is called Cardozo ... and when I checked I was reading it and I did not notice. So he played the last player set with 10. : (((

I have already made my apology to Mr. opponent.
God what a bad feeling ... : (((
For "luck" had set a change for the number 10 at the end of the first half, so the 21 year old has played only 45 minutes, without making goal or assist. Anyway my mistake. I was at work and I could not control calmly as I always do. Sorry.

ps: by the way a 19 year old today (the one who scored the winning goal against Italy) do 4 goals ... Cardozo! Imagine if I was playing the other Cardozo what happened!

Yes viv, we have decent perspective! Especially if some player improves in a hurry!
We will not be very very strong, but we will can play against all, as in this season! :)

Currently (for the next season) we have:

- Goalkeepers: we have a few but they are very good, especially the 19 year old Mangos already with very high levels in parades!

- Defense: not bad, there is no phenomenon, but so many good elements, some even faster! thing with the 21-year-olds now we the dream ...

- Midfield department made worse .... : (((MIDs are very few good and some of those few are slow with little or no technical or passage ...: (((you save just in 4 ... but between injuries, suspensions and loss of form are too a few ...

- Striker: we are in good shape, because we already have a very strong 20 year old and other one player 19 year old author of five goals in just two appearances in the national U21! And we also have others that grow really well! Are also in many almost all on the same level ... :)

It's good that you're keeping an eye on the younger players and marking those who will have an impact in future. It's important that we look after these players and target their training, if possible.

I must say that Australia never had such wide spectrum of talent research and training control, it should pay off nicely in ~6 seasons for the main NT.

Yes Viv, that's what I think. We are working with many coaches of the various players Under21, to target their workouts to training the players to the top!

Thanks borkos! I and my staff are working hard to monitor as many players as possible. The database is now always updated and much more complete / populous of the past!
I think that if we continue with this work, you could get a good results in a two/three seasons for the Under21, and in a five/six for the NT big team. :)
