Dear friends,

I've decided to join your elections and run for the job of your NT coach. I've been running for the job of Kypros U21 coach but the community did not communicate with me - which is a big barrier for me as national team is in my opinion primarily meant for the community and I couldn't be happy myself.

Let me introduce myself. I am 18 years old student of generall school. I like doing sports, playing the guitar, I like Sokker too. I've started back in year 2009 - my beginnings here was rather painful because I didnt know anything about tactic, but I have been a quite good bussinessman. But I am a curious person, so I have found how to do tactics and after that I was working as scout....

I have a lot of experience with national teams. I've the time being the coach of Cyprus U21
(2 seasons). I've always liked challenges - and Cyprus gave me such. It is a small country with few active players - however miracles can happen (such as beating Portugal, Malta.... ). As I've already said, the job of the coach of a national team does not only mean setting the lineup and tactics. It's mostly about the communication with the community. In Cyprus I used to help the users if any help was needed (of course if it was in my power). Let me give you a short review of my career:

- Playing in 3rd league in Czech republic, having young stars and focusing on promotion to 2nd league

- 2 seasons as a U21 coach of Cyprus
- 2 seasons as a scout of Cyprus
- 2 seasons as a scout of Czech Republic
- 4th place with Cypriot team in WCQ group (I got 4 points from 2 matches against Colombia => success (for me) :-)
-I was a candidate in Czech U21 NT elections, well I was 2nd, but I got a chance to lead the team in the match against Austria

My vision

I would like to get back to the team which has a special spirit. It is about tracking players a lot and taking care about their training. And sometimes to negotiate about some transfers.


I want to let the community look under the hood. Of course, leading a national team is the responsibility of the coach (and I am fully aware of it). But I think it is healthy to discuss particular decisions with the community, showing the match preview and match analysis as well.

The goal of this season should definitely be :

Thanks, I think that it is useless to wish you good luck in elections, because I am pretty sure you will win :-) But I wish you good luck in new season :-)

Hi Marek, it's good to have quality managers interested in the Aus NT job.

As you see, we don't have a lot of active managers. We have passion for the NT, and some (mainly cometer) will be happy to help you analyse games after they are played.
Unfortunately, we don't have a lot of time to put into the NT, but we are committed to producing and training players. So while we will not discuss the NT much, we will support the NT and train players where needed.

Can you please give links to two games where you used tactics specific to an opponent?

When you were player scout, how did you find/track players?

We have a good chance to qualify for the World Cup this season. Our NT is quite weak at the moment, but how about the other teams... England, France, Ecuador & Indo. What do we know about their potential mangers and players?

Hello, I dont have actually much time, because I am baking a pie/caking (or some hybrid). It is my first time, so I have to pay atention :D

Well, it is nice to see some activity after a few days :-)
Maybe you are interessted, why have I appeared in Australia? Well, I was training Kypros U21 and I needed some pause, after the break I wanted to be Czech U21 coach, but I finished as the 2nd (the winner spend much more time on czech repre (he was scout and doing analysis last seasons). I wanted to have some new challenge and I loved Kypros climate (a few of people, but they were training players and they had junior schools - the job has been so personal and I had to be in touch with those people). I decided to not training Kypros, because there is my friend Mysi (he is very good coach). Australia is similiar to Kypros, but it has one big advantage - the language :-)
And I know Wo-10 as well, so I decided to try it here :-)

GAMES

Well, if I should choose two games, I would prefer Kypros to my team (FC Baška). I was making "special" tactic for every oponent.

Yes, statistic shows that they had more shoots, but my team didnt let them into many chances and we were attacking with wing. So it has been lection of defending and productivity (it is the way how to beat stronger oponent)

I find this match interessting, because I was doing experiments with tactic as you can see. The positioning of defenders is very special and it worked :D

How did I find the players when I was scout?

Well, I know ostulc, who is into computers and he made a software which finds players :D But I am not sure if this software works for Australia too...
I was writing many sk-mails to people with juniors school and asked them for tips and ideas (if they had some good juniors I should find). I was looking into database and making actualizations and I was looking at the market.
So, I spent quite a lot of time doing this work.

The question about WC...
I was looking at the group and on the oponents, I was thinking about chances to promote from the group. But I dont want to do any analysis until I dont have certainity to be the coach. It is a big "waste" of time to do that and I dont like doing this things without certainity. But I can say that I was doing analysis before every match I played with Kypros U21, so I think I am quite responsible in this way and I know the power of the other teams in our group :-)

And at least I am happy that I can do something good for my english, because we are learning shits in the school actually :D

I have a nice tool which finds all possible players of each nation according to wage and age, so it's not a problem:)

It's not mine, so I can't give it others :P

Pavo used it in the u21 though, also Fabbrogas used it in Italia u21

in senior it's not THAT useful, but with u21...oh yes:P

yes, it is much more useful for U21, but we might find some new stars :D

I doubt that there are any 'missed' Australia players, it's almost impossible...I can make a little scan and check it though :p
