Donni22 [del] para Todos
Hi guys. My name is Donnni22 (in RL I'm Donato) and I'll run for Australia NT.

I'm a quite experienced coach: I've trained U21 Pilipinas for several years, giving the team some pretty nice tactics (that are still in use in the U21 NT) and many players for the senior NT. I've reached some pretty interesting results, such as a draw vs Portugal (with a gap of over 50 position in the ranking), or some pretty well played matches vs Peru and Hungary (top 10 in the ranking), or another draw vs Malaysia.
In the last two seasons I've also been the ATT scout for U26 NT italian players.

I've achieved some important goal with my team, playing in the italian Serie C, where I had the possibility to improve my way to play and to understand that we can always learn something from tough situations. Last season I played play-out because of the partial renewal of the team, that will go on in the upcoming season, in order to try to achieve again the Serie C, without relegation!

I know the great job that Pavoniana is doing with the U21 team and I'd like to do the same with the NT: my idea is to co-operate with him in order to try to improve Australia's ranking, even if users are decreasing constantly.

My staff will be composed of other three guys:

vice-CT: Lollopo il Listaio
scout GK and DEF: jozif aka paet
scout MID and ATT: ragio

I'm also a virtual friend of Spin and I'll be glad to beat him in a match, in order to gain my revenge after my loss in the elections two solar years ago :D

Vote for me if you think I may be a good option! And feel free to pose me any kind of question!

Good luck donni! You have all the requirements and the experience necessary to do a great job here in Australia! :)

Since Donni was one of my NT scouts I can give him my recommendation as a user, who always did his 'job' on time and with required accuracy :).

Hi Donni ...

I have a few questions. You write about your work in the U21. Do you think that the level between Australia NT and Pilipinas U21 is the same? You wrote that you could use tactic from Pilipinas U21. I would say that there is a big difference. Mainly in players.

According to me, the level in Pilipinas U21 can not be compared with level in Australia NT ...

Hi Wo! I didn't say I'll use those tactics for Australia... I've said that they're still in use in Pilipinas U21...

I'm aware that Australia is not comparable to Pilipinas, but I also know that for the same reason the first one will give me much more incentive to play a nice football...

Oh, sorry, there I saw NT, so ... but ok .. I would like to know how do you deal with such quality

good luck

In my team I've reached 62 average points in Serie C and I've played vs pretty good coaches, so I'm not a newbye...
I've also had the chance to be the italian CT for the NT during borkos management: I've got a draw because of my idea to try something different.
I've been the scout for Barros (the coach who led U21 italian NT to the top of the world) and I've learnt many interesting movements.
What is more, I've always thought that it is far easier to play with stronger players than with weaker: you have the chance to prepare games in a different way, always playing for victory!

Hey Donni, great to see you running for the Aus NT job. I'm sure borkos has shared some of his experiences from his time managing the Australian NT. He's a bit of a legend around here.

How do you view the NT job? What do you want to get out of it?

We are a small community of about 20 active users. We have a few high quality managers here, but not a lot of time to commit to sokker, so we prefer to see someone with passion for the job come in and manage the team.

Can you give links to two games where you've made specific tactics to take on an opponent?

How do you keep track of the training of NT players?

Good luck in the election. :)

Hi visky, thanks for your questions. I've decided to run for Australia NT 'cause I think it's an important way to continue my personal growth.

I think a good NT CT must be able to focus on tactic, sharing hte work of his scouts all over the team, in order to let everybody be important. I think it's crucial to set a good tactic match after match, trying to understand strenght and weakness of opponents. Unluckly we won't have enough time to study our team, considering that the first match is an official one, but we'll do our best as usual.

It would be nice to try to set some initiative that will interest the community and we already have some idea.

As you may have heard, Pilipinas was a weak community, with few active users without a guide: our primary goal was to give them the best advices to train properly their youngsters.

You can find some of my best matches:

The first one is with my club in Serie C, where I won even being weaker.

match1

Second one is vs Nostalgiadibaggio, that was promoted at the end of this season.

match2

Third one is vs Portugal: Pilipinas got an extraordinary draw vs an opponent that was in the top 20.

match3

Last one is a draw vs Kypros, probably vs Marek :P We were weaker, but with a good elastic we were able to stop them many times.

match4

In Pilipinas we had a Database and I hope there's the same in Australia (you never know), but I keep track of the updates on my excel worksheets, where I write the level at the beginning of the season and the expected level for the end of it. Then I compare it to the weekly updates.

Every four weeks I ask for the updates to my scouts and I share with them my suggestions about the training program, in order to fit players the best possible.

Any other question? ;)

Today I've started fixing friendly matches: considering that Australia will have only four friendlies, I've contacted these NT:

Week 6: Free
Week 11: Uruguay
Week 0: Italy
Week 1: New Zealand
