You’ve done such a great job for our nt in training these players for us. It’s really appreciated :)
No need to be grateful but appreciate the kind words.
Plus, I'm not done yet :)

Amazing week, and I'm with cometer, it's great to have your support.

I'm trying to work out my training strategy for the season, now that my team's out of the Cup. Found this helpful tool posted on the forum.

Yeah, if you weren’t aware of tracking how many minutes game time you needed to maximise training for the week then this definitely helps.
Training kids...
Friendly + 90min League =99.1%
Friendly + 45min League =97.4%
Friendly + 30min League =96.8%
League =96.5%
What's your training strategy?
Assuming it's linear, training from 96.5% to 100% is equivalent to an extra 1 week per 2 seasons.
I tend not to play kids after they've reached 96%, 'cos they risk getting injured and losing more training than they'd gain.
But then with 8 trainees, that's 8 weeks of training over 2 seasons, so maybe it would be worth it for the benefit I those who don't get injured.
It's pretty marginal IMO. But definitely wouldn't only train 85%, 'cos that's 2 weeks lost per season.

Depends what I can get away with usually. Early cup rounds great for the 96%, but sometimes they might only get the friendly and that’s it in the early stages because I can’t afford to lose matches. I’d like to get to 96 but a lot of the time early on it’s whatever the friendly is unfortunately. If I can squeeze 30min elsewhere throughout the week that’s a bonus
Normally have 3-4 first teamers being trained, which sees them at 99-100%.
The other 6-7 trainees tend to get 96% provided I can get 25+ mins for 3-4 as subs in one of the league games each week.
Then there is this current week, where I botch team orders & the 6-7 trainees fill their boots!! :D

I train 6-8 with 96% training and last 2-4 with 96% if im ahead by 3 at 60. Or 70. Minut ... but two weeks a season i only train 2-3 guys 96%... against the top rivals
