Sounds like me the whole season. Youngest player is 22, training passing which the lowest skill is about brilliant. Very tedius.

i finally upgraded recently to magical head coach with 3 brilliant assistants, used to just get to unearthly with VG head coach (unearthly in primaries) and 3x excellent assistants

I had a look at my trainees. Think I'll move 3 of them on. Leaves room for more talented trainees. Trouble is, talented trainees are crazy expensive on the TL. The plan was to train my youths until better youths get pulled to replace them. The second part of that just hasn't happened.
