What identifies a GK in juniors?

I have this guy who has played 2 games and scored 3 in both games.

Esala Kovacevic 18 good GK 13

The only reason I kept him is that I had no other GK's in the squad. Now I have a poor 16yo which will more than likely score better than 3.

usually it's based off skill set. In the case of gk it means he has a higher contribution of gk/pace/pass then outfield skills and gk is greater than tragic.

I think it's the other way. It randomly chooses the age, weeks in ys, talent and position [gk/field], then it distributes the skills :)

Possibly but that wasn't what I was answering :).

From the user perspective all you need to know is if you have a GK it's going to have skills higher in gk/pace/pass than outfield skills.

I would think age/talent wouldn't necessarily be as random as one might think. Most 16yos for example come at a time when it's either near season end or when they are pulled it is just at the back end of the season so they automatically age. Rarely do you see a talented 16yo pulled mid season. I've yet to see one (dare say there are a number across the world but I just haven't seen any).

Thanks Cometer.

So this guy is most likely higher in either pace or passing than other skills.
