Hello everyone ,

I would like to run for the position of manager of the Australian Under21 NT .
Are this game since 2009 and during this time I gained experience as head coach at both the high national Kazakhstan State and at Under 21 .
My objectives are:

- trying new tactics in the new season, giving playing opportunities for the young players which have less experience with the NT
- trying to improve the NT raking
- ensuring a weekly up to date database of our NT players
- trying to buy and train players for the Australian NT
- strong communication with the Australian sokker community

Hi Matteo, glad to have you an l-zsolt keen to take on the job.

Pavo has done an incredible job with the U21 NT over several seasons. Big shoes to fill. ;)

What is the level of Kazakhstan NT? How do you think the role you currently hold will compare to running the Aus U21 NT?

What drew you to want to manage an Australian team?

You won't find a lot of engagement or comment on here, but the senior members of the Aus community do care about the NT. Some of us have put time into managing the U21 NT and we want to see it do well.

Kazakhstan NT level is very low, you have a choice and there uzerii active engage at all. Aus U21 NT has more potential and with active uzerii I could create a stronger national. World Cup Qualifiers can be achieved 2nd place with Turks is quite difficult given the higher group! Cheers!
