Asunto: u21 elections

Hi im Nothis, very passionate about this game and my team. I was the scotland u21 manager a few seasons ago, i had wins against England,Brazil amongst others. I aim to bring forward un-noticed players in the australian league to encourage the managers to train/coach to benefit them and me to hopefully find a harry kewell or mark viduka ;) what interests me in this job? the passion shown by austalian managers and the potential shown in the current forum and the job.
