Asunto: Anyone still here?

First thoughts are to stay in div II, & build stadium up, whilst starting some sort of youth squad & improving coaching staff. That's if crowd levels are ok.
If attendance levels aren't great, I may switch to concentrating on squad improvement & trying to promote...but very unlikely at this stage. :)

Keep building your team and if you happen to make it to A-League great, if not, no big deal. Bouncing between the two would be just as productive as staying put, but I wouldn't be changing training plans to get to the A-League.

Yeah, I think training is slightly secondary at the moment - more to improve young players for TM profit rather than long term.
Main aim is to keep increasing stadium whilst I'm filling it. Once that levels out, I'll look at building & youth squad & quality of coaching staff.

Ticket prices back down for league....half price of cup ticekts...full house again...might have to start tweaking & gradually increasing to see how high we can go. :)

I wouldn't say a wad.....667k without splashing out on expensive TM ins.
Might start to look for some cheap 16yo's to train...maybe YS if I can find brill coach at reasonable price.
Squad is youngish but a bit thin.

Nice work. Stadium has had a nice upgrade, looking for the youth coach, looks like things are really on the way up.

I mean, you could always try to search for you own, but that can be very expensive if you don't get something decent.

I had an incred coach for a fair while. Really it won't make a huge difference going a couple of steps higher, but by having one, you will at least get things underway (if you haven't already).

Trying to find a couple of 300-500k U25 players to make a difference to squad....not gonna happen given my schedule.
Sooooo....another $850k invested to add 5,000 seats in a corner. Stadium up by 10k...soon to be 24,000.

Lol. It is definitely a bit of a patience game for us in Aus, with most players being sold between midnight and 7am.

I've been on the lookout for a while for some players (not heavily, just check once or twice a week) and try doing the bid on all thing, hasn't worked (despite a number of them going for just the one bid more than mine). This has always been the hardest thing for us.
