I'd argue that. It's why there is a ranking system. I'd suggest the first improvement would be setting a non default tactic.

Obviously there are other important aspects of the U21 team as well as the result, but the result is still important

Guys, sorry to say this, but this is the result you get when you elect someone who doesn`t know what he got involved in as a starter.

Ok mate, it`s good to find new, perspective players. But what about tactics? How do you want to improve the U21 ranking if you are playing newbie standard tactics?

In the U21 there are not many players of level but playing with the predetermined tactics you are not going to win any party. Check my Games in the Major Selection so you can copy some of my Tactics.

Finding players is easy. There’s only 3 or 4 teams producing youths in Australia.

I would like to say to Sihir though, none of this is an attack on you personally or any sort of dislike for you. You have been a nice guy here. All that is being talked about it your inexperience in the game.

I'm happy to help where possible as I had a different team for many years.

So keep trying, first step is to make a new tactic. There are numerous help forums with how to do this, and then its about learning how to make tactics that work using your team, and then taking it to the NT. Both agbell and I have good enough tactics as a starting point.

Good result, much better tactic than a default one.

Make sure to have a reserve keeper in the lineup just in case the first team one gets injured. Fenech is our best keeper skill wise, but Haine does have a little more form.

We were probably a little lucky they only scored once in nine shots, but that is sokker, and you take the wins along with the losses.
