Asunto: Youth team start up

Todos
I have started a youth team, though my potential prospects seem quite poor.
I have an incredible coach. Should I break the bank and improve the coach?

magic manager now li.the new youth from the infrastructure does not come..next season we can not build staff...I want to do something for Australia...gamers if you don't play gen..if you want to sell and want to buy
If you can afford to go magical do so, but if not, there won't be a huge difference in training for the youths (certainly worth the difference if you can afford, but not worth it if it will stop your teams training plans).
I've currently got a Brilliant at 42k which I find I can manage ok financially.
My advice is build that youth school. Download something like sokker viewer and just click update each week, this way you don't need to do the hard yards of tracking yourself.
Sack all tragics and hopeless that come in to the school.
Then as each youth is pulled, find out their real talent (sokker viewer talent is completely wrong due to how it calculates it - it never got changed from the old accurate sokker system).
To find out the real talent, you need to bring up excel, type the skill levels from sokker viewer, in order, down a column. Then graph it, right click on the graph and click add trendline and equation.
Then finally there will be a number like 0.2012x. Divide 1 by that number (ie 1/0.2012) to get the real talent (ie 5 in this case).
That second step is really only useful for players you will train or sell to other Aussies to train, so we know if it is actually worth our time and money as there are only a few of us Aussie managers left in the game, but if we just take sokker viewers talent, then every player appears to be better than the best talent we know is possible in the game (the best talent possible is 3, which is rare. A true talent of 4 is seen as a good talent, and 95% of players coming out of the sokker viewer stats has a talent under 4 which we know isn't true).

...& another question....because I'm too lazy to go hunting...I recall youth training being Friday night/Sat morning...is that still the case...after the midweek youth game?
Just trying to work out best time to pull a coach & start with a small stable of 6 or so. :)
Might look at a brill' coach for under 45k/wk.

Thanks AGB...looks like I need my coach b4 Sat...not much time this week....we'll see. :)
maybe I won't be starting that youth school just yet...only briliant coach on market that's under a 50k wage, currently has a 500+k bid.
In the words of the 'dragons'...."I'm out". :(

Yeah I got lucky with my coach. Maybe aim for an outstanding/incredible first and then just keep an eye on the market.
Or attempt to pull your own coach but this can cost a lot for very little return.

get the youth school going and 11 players, then you get about 10k per week from junior matches
just put an 8k bid in for a brill' coach @ 47.6/wk wage....deadline o'night here in UK so will know when I wake up.
Just spotted a 'diamond' brill coach up for grabs. Just need to remember expiry time & be logged in!! It's cost me on about 5 occasions already.
Given this chap's wage & age, I'm willing to go to 250k with a bid....would get that back in 12 mths on what is saved on a weekly wage. Maybe even more than 250k if somebody else is thinking the same.
Might be joining the 'yoof' club shortly!!

Good luck!
The Junior A-League has three teams, we could do with a fourth.

Unless someone bids more than half a mill, I should be ok....I'm willing to go there.
age 46
wage: 41 120 AU$
Current bid: 50 000 AU$
I just bumped the bid from 2k....deadline Fri night in the UK, so might go for quite a bit more. :(

Well, here 'tis....all 360k worth...curse Friday nights in the Euro zone!!
That said, I reckon that's 5k/wk saved on wage, so over a RL year, 260k back.
Levente Virág, age: 46
wage: 41 120 AU$
club: Melbourne Mongrels, country: Magyarország,
brilliant coach
Training effectiveness as head coach:
brilliant of stamina excellent of keeper
incredible of pace magical of defender
brilliant of technique unearthly of playmaker
brilliant of passing brilliant of striker
