Asunto: [U21] Defenders
Australian managers value Australian players more. So why would you list a top Aussie when all the Australian managers are asleep?
Because the probability that an european user has enough money is much more than an aussie user.i mean, just by the number of users...
Someone who doesn't understand the commitment the Aussie users have to their NT would definitely list at a Euro hour for that assumption too.
Someone who understands the commitment Aussie users have would be smart and list at Australian prime hour because they would always get more for an NT prospect.

Because hardly anyone is aware of it. You value your players the most which is totally opposite to, for example, Kenyans or Hongkongers. The number of users is silimar but they don't care about their NTs at all. It's hard to know everyone and their approach.

Exactly, which might be around 95% of users

For sure, if not more.
It would be nice if they made it so players can't be listed between the hours of midnight-6am of their home country

I would prefer some bidding system which doesnt matter time. Not exactly the best option but blind bidding could be. So, it is really about the real valoration, not the pain in the ass of being 20 minutes bidding for a player, then players should arrive to the new team each wednesday mornning and sunday morning.
With abidding system like this, also wouldnt be affected by RL events, for example people connected while Uefa champions league matches, decrease a lot
It is not exactly the best solution and I am not going to defend this idea, but I see it could be better than the actual bidding system; the thing is that this must be at the bottom of priorities, or maybe it is not even in the list....

Yes it would certainly be better than the current system. Although I think there are many variations that would be better than the current system :D
Seems odd to me that someone selling a #1 U21 talent would not engage the country of that player. There's bound to be at least one manager who values the player enough to at least bump the price up.
I suppose it's only really our timezone that has this issue. For instance peak Euro times are pretty friendly for managers in the Americas.

I don’t find that odd. I probably would be unlikely to engage other nations if I had their players. I’d probably just list the player as late in the evening here as I could. I might raise it with their nt manager (but I wouldn’t count on that).
For most players yes, but for the top 21yo defender, I'd at least list when the home country could bid and notify them. But I understand why many wouldn't bother. I haven't had anyone that good for a very long time.

Personally, I always notify the U21 manager and I count on him to let people in the community know.
I don't know if they ever do so tbh

As an U21 NT manager, if someone says they are going to sell someone of interest, I always ask for them to sell during certain hours (or avoid certain hours), but almost every time they list right in the middle of our night so that we can't bid anyway
When I have U21 players of other countries, I always list in the home country if possible to gain an idea if there is any interest

I will try to gauge local interest first if I'm to sell an Aus NT player of possible interest, then go from there. If unlikely an Oz mgr is in for the player, I'll list at Euro friendly time.....mad not to.
