Since I'm not able to provide a full training for Todd Leijh, I decided to hand him over to someone who will give him an opportunity to play official games. There are a few guys interested who will probably try to get him. I already talked to them and they assured me that he will be developed the right way.
The other thing is, he's not very talented, so it's gonna be hard to make a top NT mid.

I the mean time, I'm waiting for some talented youths from your academies.

Listed again. Looks like fantum was right about his talent - hasn't changed much. Also, the number of his movings from team to team seems to say something. Needs lots of work to make him at least a NT sub.

Week 12-16: pm
High training efficiency.
Main coach: everything unearthly, besides stamina and gk.
Assistants: 87.25%.

Weeks 7-16 are flexible, depending on what will be needed.

Nice one but I may do him harm with my training plan. Would be perfect in 6 weeks for pass and pm. And if he got pace by then, you would surely make use out of him next season.

Unfortunately he got stuck in a team that went bot, and even prior to going bot, he wasn't training this guy. Lost about a season of training, which is a shame because he was tracking to be an incredible prospect for the NT.

As it stands now, he is still the 3rd best end of season 21yo MID we have since I started coaching the U21 NT. Even if trained appropriately he would never have caught Van G, but he would have been fairly close, and would have gone ahead of Andy Brosque.

And just as a bit of trivia, not including this seasons 21yos, the 5 best potential MID we have had since I took over U21 NTs are:

Crazy thing is, 4 of those have all been trained by Agbell, which is an incredible stat, but it did mean one had to get neglected as there just wasnt room to train so much potential
