, age 21
value: 635 200 AU$
wage: 5 080 AU$
Placed up for sale for: 2 AU$

end of bidding: 2021-11-16 14:57
adequate stamina tragic keeper
solid pace average defender
formidable technique very good playmaker
incredible passing poor striker

Unfortunately he got stuck in a team that went bot, and even prior to going bot, he wasn't training this guy. Lost about a season of training, which is a shame because he was tracking to be an incredible prospect for the NT.

As it stands now, he is still the 3rd best end of season 21yo MID we have since I started coaching the U21 NT. Even if trained appropriately he would never have caught Van G, but he would have been fairly close, and would have gone ahead of Andy Brosque.

And just as a bit of trivia, not including this seasons 21yos, the 5 best potential MID we have had since I took over U21 NTs are:

VanG
Brosque
Curcija
Hill
Prince

Crazy thing is, 4 of those have all been trained by Agbell, which is an incredible stat, but it did mean one had to get neglected as there just wasnt room to train so much potential

I did put a bid on him, but I'm training Passing for a fair while, which is the last skill he needs.

Also he is listed to finish just before midnight...the night before one of my exams, so will not be staying up to bid, so any pace/tech/play trainers want him, go for it
2021-11-14 16:09:22
What agbell has done is crazy!!!! Thats why australia can fight.

Still if anyone else can help with a midfield, please, train wings......

Wings are not a must to use, but when u can not break the opposite defense by the center, a wing change the board
2021-11-15 01:32:03
How would you like skill distributed on a winger?
2021-11-15 06:34:05
Well I'd say general midfield is more important as you will always play them, and a winger will probably appear just due to an uneven set of skills, rather than focusing on training "wingers".
Same with more defensive midfielders, neither agbell or myself train def, but there are more defensive oriented midfielders just due to uneven skill distribution.

I would say....

Pace and tech around unhearthly

Pm and passing at least brilliant

Anyone interested in taking on this guy? Especially if you are training playmaking?
I took him on because he needed pace, but he has been popping like crazy so could be passed on.

-/--/--/ or in other words, popped very early to adequate pace (from an unknown sub level of average), 2 weeks to Good pace, and 3 weeks to Solid pace.

Decent player. I think pace and stamina are the most needed here to make a valuable wing out of him. 1 season of pace at least and then another one of pm. 4x outstanding is reachable by the age of 23. Then a little bit of everything and we might have at least a good NT sub in a few seasons.
But, of course, that's the way I see it.
2021-12-10 17:14:31
I think if planning for profit, almost 2 season on pace would be the best.

Then it will be very good for the MID and ATT market
2021-12-12 09:12:43
If I have no buyer yet, I may get one more pop of pace, but I'm keen to get back to Defender training, which won't help him
