Asunto: [U21] Strikers

Todos
Thought I would start up a few of these topics where I can discuss players within their positions.
Some benefits will be:
- Being able to discuss players skills who turn 22
- At the end of the season, give a spot to see how their trainees stack up to previous U21's to know whether it is worth training them for the Seniors
- Showing players on the TL who may fill this position in the future for U21
- Give a heads up for any players I may hear may be looking for a new owner
- Discuss players potentials (either user submitted or those I find)
- Put it all in one spot, so those looking to replace their trainees, can come and find youth players flagged in the past for this position
I expect it will be mainly a lot of myself talking, so will reserve a few posts for posting, but happy to take any questions.
I also realise any country could use these threads to "scout" our teams, but really if they want to go to that effort for a slight advantage, they can have it. It's not like we are in a position to be fighting for the number 1 spot in either of the world cups.
Note: I will be copying and pasting this same passage in to each of the position threads, so don't read them all

Warren Mairou, age: 18
club: Corki FC, country: Australia,
value: 136 400 AU$, wage: 1 480 AU$,
outstanding form, good tactical discipline,
height: 163 cm, weight: 65 kg, BMI: 24.46
poor stamina tragic keeper
good pace poor defender
average technique poor playmaker
solid passing solid striker
Currently on TL. Very overpriced, so probably won't sell.
He is our #2 striker for his age (behind Van Gisbergen who is becoming a MID), and #5 for U19s.
He has a true talent of 4.1 (came from my youth school)
The current trainer has been training him in pace, and in 12 trainings, he has popped from Poor (3) pace to Good (7) pace.

So they tried selling for 320k, which was obviously way too much, but then this happened.
Owner: dis (banned)
Well F. He is our future striker. Maybe the admin can get him released/they will disappear at the end of the season which will place this player on the TL

It's annoying because I was actually watching the transfer yesterday to see if someone actually put a bid on at that inflated point, and they weren't banned then. If they got banned then (officially on their user page), I would have put the bid down for the sake of the NT
Kyle Trappe , age 21value: 496 400 AU$
wage: 4 680 AU$
Transfer topic
adequate stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace adequate defender
brilliant technique good playmaker
adequate passing formidable striker
Currently has a Transfer Announcement (no price).
He is probably Australias finest striker since Alagich/Judd
Will play for Australia NT if trained correctly.
If he sells, I may pick him up for some pace training whilst I reset my training program, but I doubt I will be moving to strikers long term, so will have to offload at some stage. All depends on what price he ends up getting up too.
Maybe agbell has some contacts who would be prepared to train him in striker, either now or in the future. Even if focusing on just Pace and Tech, it will probably be a bit much for any of the new guys to be able to afford him to finish him off in Striker when he is 24/25 (at about Mag Pace/Mag Tech/Outs Stri, would probably go for 7-9mill at end of 24, similar if he was Unearth/Unearth/Outs at start of 25)

Strikers are going for crazy high prices. If we don't currently have a striker trainer that would be another pro for me to go down that path...
At least I have the $$$ to bankroll getting our good prospects to ensure they get trained from 21-25.

Currently no older clubs.
We basically have fantum and I on DEF (but I am changing, probably to MIDs as there are a lot of good mid trainees and agbell can't do them all).
Agbell on MID
There are a few others training kind of randomly, and I get updates which is great, but I'm not really sure of their plan or their knowledge with it all.
As far as the new guys go, I think they are just trying to work out the game again/get motivated for the first big buy (which is probably the hardest thing in sokker to get motivated for, but once done, it's all fun after).
Talking to cometer, he was open to anything, but was also thinking strikers, but he won't have money for a few seasons.
If you want to do ATT, that's cool, if you just want to do pace as sort of a "finishing" team, that is cool too, or anything else. I think we need to make sure we are having fun as well. From my last time, I reckon strikers were probably the most fun to train. Def was a good starters one (as it really only requires 2 skills), and Mid is more the advanced one, and probably expensive one, but most random pops you get are useful, so that is nice too.

club: Corki FC, country: Australia,
value: 113 600 AU$, wage: 1 480 AU$,

poor stamina tragic keeper
good pace poor defender
average technique poor playmaker
solid passing solid striker
This guy really needs to come back to an Australian club. Better if going to a striker trainer, but anyone would be good.
Although he really doesn't need pace, I have put a bid on him. I'm not against moving on to tech after I've finished with pace, so at least he would have those two skills.
This guy is the future striker for Australia. #1 for his age
