Hi guys,
I am nerozurro from Colombia and have been playing sokker since a long time, until a couple of years ago my team was in automatic pilot and after pandemic I came back, now on team´s renovation.
As I see that vampyr step down, I will be glad to manage this NT
About my experience as National Team manager, it is not too long but has been very nice
1. I was manager for Colombia many years ago, the previous season we didnt classify to WC, then my season was only transition. Anyway I remember got good results and improved in ranking
2. Last season there was a massive ban in Republica Dominicana, I got "elected" with 0 votes, started on week 11 just 1 day before the match against Italia, we lost 4-0 but it was great as had to setup tactics in 1 day and didnt know player's skills. 1 week later we won to Spain 1-0 on official match.
You can see here the results of that season starting on week 11 (7 matches, 5 victories)
3. This season I have supported KenyaU21 and Scotlad senior, both teams are doing well
4.Since a couple of seasons ago, I have been scout of Colombian NT (senior and U21), we discuss tactics on private forum, and sometime we show player's profiles on public one see an example
About my way of playing:
1. I try to use 4 defenders. 5 only when necessary. I try to use 3 "inner mids". Said this, I try to avoid tactics like 5-2-wing-2 which are so popular
2. The most you fear the opponent, easy for them to win, something nice about sokker is that you can play aggresive even if strategy dont show that, sokker is about movements, not what figure to use. As example check my match against Spain. Lucky?? maybe.... A couple of weeks ago the actual coach of Dominicana used again the same tactic and won 1-0 with U27 for "Copa America". Lucky? maybe......
I want to coach this NT as I see has very nice potential, I would lie if I say that I will win the WC Finals, but at least will try :P. The objective will be to classify this season, 3er 4th place is not what I want.
In Colombia, when a manager takes a National Team, all community start training young players for this country. We are doing this currently with Kenyau21 and Thaiu21, I wuold like to apply this to Australia, as the number of users is small but good enough to build a stronger NT.
Additional to all of this we use our own DataBase. It has been developed by great manus, it makes work so much easy the way manus made it.

Hello guys, I am here running as candidate for my second season for Australian NT.
I would like to say that we will fight to go for next round on WC but we didnt qualify, we got only 6 points but IF somebody have watched the matches, then can agree that we have done great matches, even against top nations but luck has not been on our side, always losing by 1 goal. I am still very satisfied by the performance during group stage, since the begging of the season we had the same philosophy of taking ball control, we never put the bus in our side only focusing on defense.
We had a side objective which was to improve in rank as much as possible, we are 65 now and very close to enter to the pot 4 which are teams from ranks 49 to 64. This will become the main objective of the next season: To be on pot 4 but trying to reach as highest rank as possible, then MAYBE after 2 or 3 seasons we could say that we will fight to be in Pot 3 (33 to 48), I think it is possible, even if it is not with me ( I mean, if I am not elected I am confident Australia has the potential to achieve Pot 3, but work has to be done).
To achieve this objective I will try to select countries that are between pot 4 and 3, the idea is to add points to our rating but also to minus also their rating. This season we had some experiences against these kind of teams, 2 matches against Peru wich I have written why we deserved beter result, one friendly against Kypros, we won in a game played very well and one match against Ukraine which we were winning 3-1 and then a substitution on defense allowed ukraine to score 3 goals in 13 minutes, so I think balance is very positive despite final results.
Additional we have started to play with youngest when posssible, I am not going just to remove the old players because they are very importat but I have balanced which players will be in short term as least as good as the old ones, also I have data from players from 21 to 25 yo that have fututre and will start to play with NT at least for some minutes ion order to encourage managers for proper training
