Asunto: [NT] K@rol

Hi,
My name is Karol, 36 years old. Known in sokker under a similar login :D since 2009 (FOOTBALL MANIACS team) with a short break. I have been leading the current team (CHŁOPAKI Z PODWÓRKA) since 2017, at the moment I rebiuld it, so it does not require much attention and I can devote myself to what I like the most in this game - NT.


Few words about my NT experience:

I started as a scout with Bartucha, then I was a member of the then POLISH ASSOCIATION and I saw how it all takes place from the inside, then I wanted to try my hand, and in the meantime I improved my tactics by playing hundreds of arcade matches with the top coaches of this game.
So far I have led 3 National Teams:
- Serbia (2 seasons, promotion to the World Cup, ending in group games),
- Bosnia and Herzegovina (1 season, in a very difficult group I took third place and I was fighting for promotion until the last round),
- Macedonia (2 seasons, including promotion to World Cup).


In each of these countries, I rebuilt or created the NTDB from nothing.

I would like to know why Australia?
I have also seen you have done a few 1-2 season stints, what made you leave at the end of them? Why did you not continue on as coach?

I would like to know why Australia?

I chose Australia because I see great opportunities in this team, there is a large number of users. I've always liked building teams. I like working with users. I see some shortcomings, I think I have the knowledge to build this team strong enough to play successfully for the promotion to the World Championships.

There were many reasons.

Srbija
In Serbia, I quit myself, I was not satisfied with the results, so I thanked him.
Bosnia
There were a few users in Bosnia who wanted to make the squad for me, so I ended up losing the qualifiers in last game because I couldn't get the players I wanted. I quit too.
Macedonia
There was one active user in Macedonia, the rest do not reply to the e-mail, do not provide skills, do not sell the players from YS, there was only 4-5 junior schools, it was not enough to build anything. I took out a lot of players from the bot teams there, I found for many of them coaches with the best staff and they know how to train them, I build NTDB. Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, it is not enough. At that time one of my friends was looking for a national team so I passed it on to him. I know that he continues my work, Macedonia have a few young interesting players now, but it will never jump a certain level again, it is not a team that can fight for the World Cup.
Also for personal reasons, I wanted to take a break, because I am always very involved in leading the national team and it all takes a lot of time.

I must say when I was first time a coach of Macedonia (with old team), I made first promotion to the World Cup with this team ever. That was the time when Macedonia got similar team like now Australia.

Now I think I'm ready to take on a new challenge.

Surely you would like to know what I can offer for Australia?

From my perspective, I can mention, for example: many seasons of experience (I created my first account in 2009), I played at the highest league levels in one of the best Sokker leagues, I was a forum moderator, I know many people who can help, for example, in training Australian players. I am a member of several forums, many of my colleagues are national team coaches. If necessary, they will certainly help me, whether in terms of tactics or the selection of players. Although when it comes to tactics, there should be no problems because I have a lot of proven tactics that only need to be modified for the opponent.

I can support each user from Australian user in training, I know training very well.

My plans if I will be elected.

I do not know the skills of the players exactly, but after the initial conversation with nerozurro and I know that it would definitely be useful to rejuvenate the team, introduce new players, talk with their owners in order to direct the training towards the best for the team. I can see that Autralia drew a very difficult group in the qualifying rounds with Bulgaria, the Netherlands and Indonesia.
My goal will be win games with Indonesia, Al Maghrib, and Cymru, and take the points Bulgaria o Netherland minimum once :)

Also there is important to work at the beggining level, training players for the national team from the u21 team.
