you've been a bit unlucky with your weather but with no seats and limited benches I think you're victim of the "Naphtali syndrome" where fans do not upgrade their ticket because there are no benches or seats available...

Not sure I'm a 100% happy with that label :P

Seriously though if you did sell out that many terraces with that few benches and no seats, you'd have ignored a huge amount of potential income.

I think its actually worse than Minkee is alluding too. For the sake of simplicity lets imagine that 3000 fans want terraces, 3000 benches and 3000 seats. (I'll ignore standing which I'm guessing sell out every game)

With your current stadium you would get 3000 on the terraces, 2000 on the benches and that's it.

The rules state that fans are willing to upgrade their tickets to more expensive seats, but it makes no mention of fans downgrading their tickets. Currently any fans that want a seat at your matches watch the game from their loungeroom. Replace your terraces along the line (opposite your benches) with seats and you'll have much more income and will be far more likely to sell out your stadium.
