Asunto: Sponsorship

Just seeing how everyone is going with their sponsorship money, most of the season I have been hanging around 142k (3rd season) but this week I went up from 145 --> 153k
so:

2nd Div: 153k

1st Div: 238 406

3rd Div: 75k...

IV div. in Poland - 542k zł. Will check how many AU$ is it, cause now I'm going to school :)

That's 216k Australian. Which is an absolute joke. The game is totally fucked up if it gives Polish div 4 teams the same money as A-League teams. That's just promoting the unbalanced nature of the game more and more, absolutely ridiculous.

I get about 150k each week FTR. But I'm not happy, absolutely pathetic from the admins and nothing can possibly justify it. Go ahead and say history + users etc. but it's all bullshit. The fact is if the devs cared about the other countries at all they'd have their top leagues atleast equal with Polish div 2.

Strongest league in Australia this week. Now check mine:

And I'm unbeaten leader of my league. IMO it's normal that I get so many, cause I play on very high level.

That logic is no good Borkos.

$$$ -> better players
better players -> "higher level"
"higher level" -> more money

So while you may argue that you should get more money because you are playing at a higher level, it could equally be argued that others would play at a higher level if they received more money.

This is a genuine problem for national team parity as more $$$ -> better coaches -> better juniors + faster training.

Sitting on the bottom of the A-League ladder isn't much fun. Sponsorship dropped below $170k this week :(

Ok but look - I've started with 52k AU$. So it wasn't that easy to get to this level. It's not that I get more money, cause I'm from Poland. It's just that, it doesn't matter too much what league it is - it matters how strong the league is. A-League improves - your sponsors cash will improve.

And when you loose - Komplexowe Zakłady Pogrzebowe was getting 178 800AU$ when he was last in 2nd league.

I didnt mean to bring up this much controversy with this tpoic but one thing that would be interesting is The Black
flashes or Gondor Guardians sponsorship money.

This is because they have been in the game so long and especially in TBF's case, how many seasons he has been in A-League. There is no way that Borkos should be getting more sponsor money (not saying he is as I dont know what TBF are getting) since not only hasnt he been in the game as long, but because of the amount of time TBF has been in A-League

Though I'm in a better league. Same I could say, why do 1st and 2nd league in Poland get so much?

bball is a good example too, cause he has been in Premier for aaaages, but only receives a little more than me

That's absolutely ridiculous logic. The reason Polish leagues are stronger is probably because they get more "base" money from sponsors each week. Obviously some teams have been there for ages but it's not true with alot of Polish 4th or 3rd and even the odd 2nd division teams. More money allows them to buy better coaches, moer juniors etc.

I don't care how strong the leagues are the simple fact is this is a total outrage that simply can't be justified. Sure the history and users are there with Poland but if the devs actually gave a damn about any other country they wouldn't let Polish teams get so much more sponsorship money. The disparity that is already there is simply widened because of the stupidity behind this decision. But what a surprise, the devs are looking out for themselves and Poland. It's the same thing with match times, Polish games are almost NEVER delayed while we went a period of about 10 weeks where a game starting 15 minutes late was a luxury.

But who cares, it's only Australia and New Zealand. They don't matter, as long as Poland is looked after that's all that counts. Who cares about the Australians and New Zealanders who bought Plus. Who cares about all the smaller nations.

This attitude is really disappointing and it's prevalent in Sokker. Not amongst the admins, but amongst the devs. The game is almost at a standstill in terms of new features and they're doing nothing to enhance the interface or to attract new users or even bothering to read the forums, particularly Bugs/Ideas. I realise the devs have their own jobs and this is done in their spare time, but if they're going to be so neglectful atleast pay people their Plus money back. Or hey, maybe get some new devs on board. The mentality is just so annoying and I know I'm not the only person who feels this way.

Now I really enjoy Sokker and it's by the far best football (or anything) game (on the net, you can't beat FM :P). It's absolutely brilliant. I feel deeply about the issue because I like Sokker so much. But it's not without its problems and there are a few major one's and I'm sick of them being unadressed.

I got 208k this week - though it has dipped to the 190s this season as well.

I only just reached the A-League last season, as I hadn't really been paying much attention before that.
