I had this comeback on my mind ever since I left that cafe because my time was up, but...

yhou got there when there wer elike 40 users, and i was almost there against th comets who are miles in front of tribe (no offense). Oh and whats this with me beating you? you have a higher rating, have played longer so shoudl have better players (probably do).

Tactics just let you down :P, or maybe mine are superior which is why i was able to take the comets to a penalty shootout.

None taken. I think I'm at least as far in front of AS and TG as I am behind Comets though :P

Exactly my point. If the A-league was as competitive back then, I would've crossed the 200k mark ages back.

I'm jaded with tactics creation, really. It started during my NT days when no matter the opposition, what tactic to use as a counter came to the same thing every time! Also, the WC exit and the backlash really got to me, because looking at the players we have now, the kind of squad we had back then was really poor. It was quite an achievement to even get there, but meh, the point is that I can't be arsed to create a new tactic anymore.

Also, I'm a really poor trainer, so my players probably aren't as good as they should be.

Oh, I haven't bought a player costing more than 550k because I'm always in debt, so you can imagine the kind of squad I have compared to the millions and millions you guys spend.

And I have the shittiest luck with the youth school. Admittedly, it did give me Nikas, Rex and Blute, but looking at Brilliant youth pulls makes my blood boil, because my brilliant was super-crap. He's now in a bot team, playing midfielder and getting 25 ratings.

And Naph, I would've beaten you if it wasn't for throw-ins and corners which I'd created a new tactic for, but forgot to play, which is my fault, really.

Anyway, rant (whine) over.

I feel your pain. I suck at everything and was trapped in Div II for two or three seasons longer than I should have.. ;)
