Right now the losing one is getting more.
That's not true. I've told you, that player who was losing in 2nd league was getting less that I'm getting now. And my league is at 3rd league level, almost.
If you say all polish teams should have an advantage over the rest of the world, then this game is going down hill.
I'm not saying that. I'm just saying that it's harder to win in Poland than in Australia.

We all know it is harder in Polen, that's not something we complain about. :)
What we don't like is to see other teams getting more just because the league is harder. Our national side will have it harder to become good then. As for how the competition is in each nation that will vary from nation to nation.
Australia is not the hardest one, and that's our "problem" but we who cares would like to see more money for us as well since we want to make a good national side.

If all teams would improve, then all league would improve, then sponsors would improve. How to improve best? By training. Buy 11 youngsters and train pace...1-2 seasons and you are way better. I didn't got better by sponsors you know..and I've started with same cash amount and sponsors amount, + I've been one of last new players too V league, just before opening VI league. I've had to play with teams that were playing for 3-4 seasons.

I'm not saying anything against you have done well. Polen have more users and will hence always do better than tiny nations as australia. No problem with that either.
You have trained well and gotten good. Good for you, and good for any team doing that.
What we are saying is that a IV league in Polen should not get more money than an a-league side in other nations. That is unfair when it comes to national sides and allows polish teams develope faster and others.

Yes, but you see...it's so hard to get to A-League, as to get to IV league. I understand that it's hard for you to get more than IV league in Poland...and IMO- there are too many $ in Poland...it's due to too many leagues - lowest league always has same amount. So if you add new league - then ex lowest gets a sponsor boost, and then higher get it...etc. Same thing was in Australia when IV was added.

And that system we think is not a good sollution. Too muchmoney in Polen, hence you have an advantage.
World wide unfair.

Borkos, it's not about hard or easy. If you get less sponsor money it doesn't make the league any different. The point is... should Australia be at a disadvantage NT-wise just because there are less leagues?
Guys... if it is based on skill and not league level then it is totally fair! The higher the skills of the players the more the sponsors will pay, obviously! While that puts Australia on the back foot, as we improve, we'll get more money and start to catch.
It would be very hard to find a system that was fair at dividing sponsor money equally at the top level in each country and still maintain a good starting point at the base level.
If it is based primarily on skill level then it's totally fair in my opinion.
ps. I got 54k this week.

But looks - Australia was one of first countries. If 8 countries developed normally, thne they would get v. high level at the moment! And then - sponsors...
About your sponsors - you'll get a huge boos after getting to higher league :)

See, I think that's unfair. Why get a boost for getting to the next league?
Maybe we should all just set up 20 dummy accounts each to get a few more OZ league levels. That way we'll have a better chance of competing with the countries with more leagues.
...
That means that the only reason Poland teams have developed faster is that they have more players... so they have more leagues and their salaries are inflated artificially... not because they're getting better but because they are getting more lower leagues. Why should you get more money just because some new teams joined from your country?

Don't ask me, I haven't made this game :)
Though...I'm not sure how much cash gains a weak team in weak IV league...

ok, first off.. can you like, cut back on the smilies a little? they just seem slightly patronising :/
Second, do you think that the phrase 'The rich get richer and the poor get poorer' is ethical? Because that is what i believe is happening.
If you say it is most fair for those in 'harder' leagues to get much more sponsor money, then they will just continue to accumulate lots of money to buy all the best players and remain THE best. It would continue and it be VERY hard for other teams to be able to catch up because of the already early start that the Polish have.

Australia being one of the first countries is irrelevant. Poland has almost twice the population of Aus, and Sokker was created by Polish people, so naturally there will be more Poles.
This is my fifth season in Div II, and I've pretty much reached the sponsorship and supporters soft cap at $AU170k and 1377. I've won 17 of my last 19 competetive matches (league draw and cup loss), which I would suspect is a similar situation to you borkos (probably not cup ;). Sure, you're playing tougher opponents, but because there's MORE Poles, you get MORE money. I don't think that's fair either.

whoa thats a bit harsh. Someone has to speak for poland and he is the only representative that is active in the aus forum.
And although some tactics have been a bit different he has given more interest in the NT then before through little competitions or by using different players and even by different tactics.
I personally like seeing different things on the field because the only way our Aus team is going to beat the better teams is by something a little different that may work best knowing every players skill.
and as far as this topic, it has changed off what it was really meant for but I think I got the answer I was looking for.
Sponsorship:
A-League: 170-230k
2nd Div: 130-170k
3rd Div: 40-100k
