Ignore it, it's totally unuseful. At least in my opinion. :)

I would really like to know how to set the value's in the empty boxes if any one can help.

Go to the NTDB site and use the numbers they use to calculate a position score.

the assistant is fairly inaccurate because actual marks are determined largely by what players did in the game with their skills and varies significantly with form and by position.

The assistant tool is largely for those seeking a rough guide of how good a player is and where they might possibly be best for playing :).

I don't use it myself but it's good for newer players.

As already mentioned though, taking values off the NTDB might not be too bad a procedure to use as a rough guide.
