I'm stealing this idea from an other forum.
It is a small country and they are posting their ok talented youth players here. In that case managers who are interessted in such a player can approach the other one in order to get the player transfer listed.
Why is this a good idea?
Well, most of the players we get from the youth squad will obviously be a talent in some other possition than what you train yourself. This way we can be sure of Aussie talent be trained and not just go to some foreign club where they eventually dissapear. Also a bit easier for a national coach to have an overview over what talents are being trained in the different clubs.
And yes, also fun to brag a bit. :P

See, i did it differently... The first good youthpull i got determined my training... ;) I dont know what sort of standards we have in Australia, but im hoping he might be up there for the National team... We will soon see i guess.
But im happy to post any reasonable youthpulls that i get in future that dont fit in, sounds like a good idea to me.

I have pulled one youth player so far, he was total and utter crap!
This is my best talent so far, not that special, but still a star in my team!

What are you training?
I'm looking for guys with solid playmaking or better and adequate in passing.
As I'm training passing, so if they are pretty good they should regularly make my team and will get their passing quite good I should think.

Can i just ask what the actual level of the player from the youth players means?
Because i had a player who was "good" in the youth squad but when i pulled him, his highest was adequate pace, with average technique and playmaking

Cannot help you there. I've pulled one player who was adequate or something, and his best level was average and the rest poor/week. Maybe try the international forum?
well iv got 1 solid and 1 good due to be promoted this week so il let u guys know what he looks like
Yeah, it should be interesting. My best junior so far had "very good" keeper when he was promoted, but i cant remember if his rating while in the juniors was very good or solid... I have a feeling it was solid...
