I'd sell since there's only about 5 weeks or so before they turn 18 but it depends if you are training midfielders or not, you might decide for yourself you might want to train him in which case go for it. The tragic defender would throw me off though.

Arrived as average+33 has improved /---/--/ since then. Which will make him my best ever junior even if he takes 4 weeks a pop from here at 14+1 (Croxall was 14+0 admittedly with a worse coach)

How does the rest of your youth squad look like, or should we start a new thread for that?

haha nice, I'm still waiting for my first junior to come out higher than incredible :(. I've had 2 incredible pulls and both I still have in my squad but other than that I've had mostly excellents and very goods. Have a string of formidables coming soon though.

Pretty good for a VG. Can't give him the training he needs, but could be a nice AM. What do you think... sell now while he's 19 or sell in 6 weeks after a couple of stamina+random pops?

Not much in it.

You've only got 21 players. If keeping him means you aren't risking an A-Teamer in friendlies I'd probably keep him and hope for the randoms. Don't see him going for a whole heap regardless.

That's very true. No idea what he's worth.

I just realised I have a youth that has not popped once in 15 weeks...which means his talent may be even worse than that since its he didnt even get the first pop. I dont know if I should just sack him now or keep just out of interest. Hes got 8 weeks left in the school and is adequate. I'll try and make a decision by popular vote:

Everyone vote 'keep' or 'dump' :)
