I'd be more excited about the prospects of the 18+ week guys than either of the 4 week guys.

What level is your junior coach?

Even with a fairly average talent of 6, the adequate 30 will be formidable when you promote him.

My coach is solid. (Remembern I'm i the 4th div.)
