Upon further review I have decided to upgrade my coaches rather than buy new trainees. Just sacked all except 2 assistants. And with 300,000 allocated from the budget im counting on luck with skills generator...

He has a few skills for a 17yo butufortnuately, the lack of a primary will deteur the beginers in the game, and more skiled managers generally have better players to train

don't pull your new coaches until after saturday financial updates, that way you will save on a weeks wages, and wont get hurt by any debt interest

yeh i learnt that lesson the hard way...but its so hard to just sit around and wait :P...I might put a few bids in transfers and if I get anyone just not bring them in til satday
