Looks like nice material for future NT def...just about solid in pace, then few levels in technique and stamina...and last part - 2-3 def levels, but he would get to NT with formidable def too...really, really nice.

i also believe that passing needs to be higher then tragic :). But certainly a good prospect. Train a bit of pace , and also train stamina tech and possibly passing and they'll be quite a player :). But definately pace,tech and stamina most important initially although passing would help.

Yep, passing would be useful for sure, but technique will be a little bit more useful at beginning, same with pace. :)

What level is your Youth Coach?

@devioustrevor: Only solid at the moment.

@Borkos: He can still use the pace training I can give him at the moment, so I'm tempted to keep him for a little while. I also don't know the going transfer rate for such a player would be so I'd have to look into it getting him evaluated.

I'm surprised you were able to get your player that high in your Academy with a Solid Youth Coach. I've been paying out the ass for an Incredible Youth Coach and it's just finally resulting in decent Academy Players.

I'm totally amped about a kid in my Academy that seems to be popping every 3.5 weeks. The reason I'm amped is he's Solid and still has 26 weeks left. I'm totally going to freak if he makes it to Magical like his popping schedule is suggesting.
